APANG SEWA SANSTHA is a registered charitable and non-profit, non religious, nongovernmental organization and is operating from the SLUM AREAS of RAMDARBAR, CHANDIGARH since December 2004. The organization is devoted to the welfare of UNDER-PRIVILEGED, DOWNTRODDEN, DEPRIVED, DISADVANTAGED and PARENTLESS CHILDREN, who are born citizens of our country with EQUAL RIGHTS, but unfortunately they do not
enjoy the same. Our organization consists of two wings i.e. Disability Wing and Cultural Wing. The word “APANG” stands for a person who is at a disadvantage from any source in any manner whatsoever including physically and mentally disabled ones. Our cultural wing named “NAVYUG ADAKARI MANCH” is solely devoted to the cause of preservation & promotion of art, cultural and social activities in and around Tri-City Chandigarh. We only go for those individuals who are found frittering away their formative years doing mundane and or soul wrecking jobs and are also unaware of their hidden talents. The cultural and relief schemes of the organization have successfully managed to bring out their veiled natural endowments to light and they have successfully performed several shows in public places, such as:-
Pragati Maidan MPHI Theater New Delhi during Internal Trade Fair, The Ridge at Mall Road Shimla H.P; Desh Bhagat Yadghar Hall Jalandhar, French Embassy Chandigarh, Tagore Theater, Punjab Kala Bhavan, NZCC Kalagram Manimajra, Cipasha Sadan Mandi H.P; Mata Shooline Mela Solan H.P; Sukhna Lake, Saranglok Mohali, Traffic Police H/Q sector 29 Chandigarh and various community centers of Chandigarh. Talented artist of “Navyug Adaakari Manch” competing in a dance reality show “Rum Jhum” for National Television (DD1) organized by “SaiBaba Telifilms Bombay”, on 16th Sept. 2013 while performing Rajsthani Folk Dance popularly known as “snake dance”. The group was selected for Mega Audition at Bombay, in which they participated and were ranked among top “Six” on 20th Dec 2013. Some of our shows have been presided by the dignitaries like Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal M.P.& Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Capt. Kanwaljit Singh Finance Minister Punjab, Bhai Chandermohan Deputy Chief Minister Haryana, Shmt. Kamlesh Mayor Chandigarh and Shmt. Dolly Gularia President Punjab Sangeet & Natak Academy. Some of our shows have been sponsored by DPRO Chandigarh & Haryana, Deputy Commissioners of Shimla, Solan and Mandi H.P. The social services to the suffering /struggling community rendered by the undersigned have been recognized and appreciated with the presentation of mementoes by:-

We actively seek to generate public awareness and mobilize public support on issues such as, child labour, street children, plight of destitute and the girl child. Our appeal for a charity that works for children is unquestionable “the basic rights of a child” -- education, food, shelter, health, recreation and childhood----- are only too often denied to children born into unjust circumstances. Our aims and efforts in restoring these rights to vulnerable children makes its appeal for support one that simply cannot be denied-----after all our today’s children are the BUILDERS of our NATION, PILLARS of our NATION and ARCHITECTS of our NATION ---- how can we ignore them ? The entire well privileged individuals, societies, organizations, national or multinational companies should response positively in keeping with the natural urge to repay its debt to the society; by supporting worthy local causes. We are sure that the innocent prayers of our children will be answered by the almighty in shape of the prosperity of the donors. For the last ten years we are running our organization without any grant / aid / help from any source whatsoever. The undersigned is a British Pensioner and believes in the welfare and elevation of the children of the LESSER GOD. He further believes that “VIRTUE COULD ALSO BE FOUND UNDER HUMBLE DRESS OF THE POOR RATHER THAN UNDER THE BROCADES OF ARISTICRCY”. Being a social activist in any language, he strongly believes that there is one and only one qualification required to help the needy and that is a sincere desire to help those who are less fortunate than us. All the children on his rolls, according to him, are his EXTENDED FAMILY, while serving them; he feels that he is serving the ALMIGHTY. Full achievement of our philanthropic mission is not possible without INTERACTIVE SUPPORT.
