Haryana Welfare Society for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment The society has set up eight Welfare Centres at Gurugram, Hisar, Sirsa, Karnal, Sonepat, Nagina (Mewat), Raipur Rani and Panchkula.

The Hon'ble Governor, Haryana is the President of the Society and Hon’ble Chief Minister, Haryana is its Vice-President.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between Mata Prakash Kaur Welfare Centre for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment, Karnal and Buddha College of Higher Education, Ramba, Karnal with the objective of promoting skill development and vocational training opportunities for students and beneficiaries of the society.
The meeting was graciously attended by Mrs. Megha Bhandari, Vice President-cum-Chairperson of the Society, along with Sh. Nitesh Gupta Ji, Director of Buddha College of Higher Education.
Under this collaborative initiative, various professional and skill-oriented programs will be organized for students, including:
• Fashion Designing
• Nail Art Training
• Beautician Courses
• Art & Craft Activities
• Multiple Skill Development Programs
The collaboration aims to empower students through practical exposure, creative training, and career-oriented learning opportunities, helping them become more confident and self-reliant in the future.
During the meeting, both parties also discussed future collaborative programs and assured their full support for the successful implementation of the initiatives under the MoU.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between Mata Prakash Kaur Welfare Centre for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment, Karnal and Buddha College of Higher Education, Ramba, Karnal with the objective of promoting skill development and vocational training opportunities for students and beneficiaries of the society.
The meeting was attended by Mrs. Megha Bhandari, Vice President cm Chairperson of the society, and Sh. Nitesh Gupta Ji, Director of Buddha College of Higher Education.

The students of all three centres — Haryana Welfare Society for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment located at Karnal, Hisar, and Gurugram — brought great pride to the organization by achieving a 100% result in the Class 10th and 12th examinations declared by the Board of School Education Haryana.
Under the Society, a total of 82 students appeared in the Class 10th examinations, and all students passed successfully. Similarly, 54 students appeared in the Class 12th examinations, and every student achieved success with excellent performance.
In Class 12th, students Ankit and Khushi delivered outstanding results, while in Class 10th, Ritu and Gurvinder brought laurels to the organization through their remarkable performance.
On this occasion, Vice President cm Chairperson Mrs. Megha Bhandari honoured the students by garlanding them and distributing sweets. Congratulating the students, parents, and teachers on this remarkable achievement, she stated that every goal can be achieved through hard work, discipline, and the guidance of dedicated teachers.
While motivating the students, she said:
"Every dream becomes a reality through the light of hard work,
And a bright future is built through courage and determination."
She further added that the success of children with special needs is truly inspirational for society and proves that, when provided with the right opportunities and proper guidance, these students can excel in every field.
The Assistant Directors and staff members of all centres of the Society also expressed their happiness over the students’ achievements and extended their best wishes for their bright future.

Today, we were deeply honoured by the gracious visit of Shri Kartikeya Sharma Ji, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), along with his respected mother Smt. Shakti Rani Sharma Ji, Member of the Haryana Legislative Assembly, Kalka, on the special occasion of his birthday celebration at Haryana Welfare Society for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment, Sec-16, Panchkula.He celebrated this beautiful day with our little angels from the Deaf community, spreading joy, love, and smiles among the children. Their kindness and humble interaction made the day truly unforgettable

During the visit, we requested support for bus transport services and digital classrooms for our Deaf students so that they can receive better educational opportunities in a safe, comfortable, and modern learning environment

We are truly grateful that they warmly accepted our request and assured us of their support and cooperation for providing the required facilities

We sincerely thank Shri Kartikeya Sharma Ji and Smt. Shakti Rani Sharma Ji for their compassion, encouragement, and commitment towards the welfare and empowerment of children with speech and hearing disabilities.

Today, a Mother’s Day celebration was organized at M.P.K. Welfare Centre, Karnal with great enthusiasm and joy. On this occasion, the Vice President cm Chairperson of our society, Mrs. Megha Bhandari, graced the programme as the Chief Guest.
During the event, the Chairperson Madam honoured the housemothers of the centre for their dedicated care, support, and contribution towards the welfare of the children. The programme also featured a meaningful mono act performance presented by the children, highlighting the importance, love, and sacrifices of a mother in life. The performance was highly appreciated by everyone present and made the celebration memorable and inspiring.

Today, at our Karnal Centre, a new vocational activity—Nail Extension Training—was introduced in the presence of our Hon’ble Vice President cm Chairperson, Mrs. Megha Bhandari, who visited the centre.
During her visit, Mrs. Bhandari interacted with the staff and students and appreciated the ongoing efforts to promote skill-based learning. The introduction of this activity aims to equip students with practical skills, encouraging self-reliance and enhancing future employment opportunities.
