It is a vibrant community of Bengalis living in the heart of Goa, dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Bengal. Bengali Cultural Association, Panaji, Goa, is a 41 year old registered organization (Estd in 1981) which has been promoting the Bengali culture in Goa through various activities like dance, music, film festivals, religious festivals and other literary activities and also exchanging the rich cultural heritage of both Bengal & Goa by organizing cultural programmes on a common platform throughout the year. BCA Panaji celebrates Sarbojonin Durga Puja with a lot of gaiety and fervour every year; the association also organizes Lakshmi Puja, Kali Puja and Saraswati Puja every year.
