We are delighted to see the voices of our young storytellers being celebrated!

A heartfelt thank you to Atika Modassir for her wonderful article in The Goan, Nida Sayed for featuring the story in The Times of India, and Ramandeep Kaur for highlighting it in The Navhind Times. Your stories have helped shine a light on a very special project, and most importantly, on the children behind it.

The book is not just a collection of stories. It is a celebration of the imagination, creativity and voices of the young people who helped bring it to life. From writing and illustrating to translating and shaping their stories, these children have been at the heart of the journey.

We are proud to see their work reach a wider audience and grateful to everyone who has helped amplify their voices.

Here’s to celebrating young minds, their stories, and the belief that every child has a story worth telling.

Five weeks from now, on 24th September, Marta Pereira da Costa and her ensemble will arrive in Goa.

It will be a short stop, with just one concert in Goa, before they move on to Bangalore for two concerts on 25th and 26th September, and then to Mumbai for a concert at NMACC on 27th September.

We are truly honoured to have her here as well as Ustad Chhote Rahimat Khan who agreed to open the concert and close it with an inspiring performance together with our international stars. Moreover this concert is equally special because it is a fundraising concert supporting Communicare Trust’s five projects.

The Stories of Here and There is a book written by students from India, Portugal, and Cape Verde.
It brought together over 500 students from five different schools who brought to life three stories based on one of the UN's sustainable development goals: climate change.
The students wrote, illustrated, translated, and even produced three animated films based on the stories they created.
The book was first launched in Portugal, then in Cape Verde, and finally arrived in Goa, to the delight of the participating students.
After its launch at the school, the book was presented to the public at the Camões Institute in Panjim by director Delfim Correia da Silva and Isabel Raimundo, the Portuguese Consul in Goa.
