We are delighted to share that the inaugural PMA Connect 2026–27 program, held on 5th July 2026 at the Cosmopolitan Club, Palakkad, was a grand success.
We were privileged to have Admiral R. Hari Kumar, Former Chief of the Naval Staff, Indian Navy, as our distinguished speaker on the topic "National Prosperity Through Maritime Power." His insightful and inspiring address captivated the audience and provided valuable perspectives on national security, industrial growth, leadership, innovation, and the opportunities that lie ahead for Indian businesses and industries.
The Admiral's vast experience, strategic vision, and practical insights made the session immensely enriching and thought-provoking for all participants. PMA Annual Management Convention 2026.

The Annual Management Convention 2026, organized by the Palghat Management Association (PMA), concluded on a highly successful note, bringing together an impressive gathering of business leaders, entrepreneurs, academicians, policymakers, and management professionals for a day of insightful discussions, networking, and knowledge sharing.
The convention featured a carefully curated agenda that addressed some of the most relevant topics shaping the future of business and society. From understanding the impact of global geopolitical changes on businesses to exploring the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence, the event offered participants valuable perspectives from distinguished speakers and industry experts.
One of the major highlights was the engaging fireside chat on the Future of Business in the AI Era, which provided practical insights into how organizations can leverage emerging technologies to remain competitive.
