The Skill Training & Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP) is a flagship initiative by the SAHMAT Development Foundation under the vision of Sustainable Action and Holistic Management for Transformation. This program is designed to empower rural and urban youth by equipping them with essential skills and entrepreneurial capabilities to secure sustainable livelihoods and improve their economic conditions.

STEP recognise that behind every skill is a story of aspiration, and behind every livelihood is the desire for dignity and self-reliance. By bridging the gap between potential and opportunity, this program not only nurtures technical expertise but also fosters a sense of self-confidence and resilience in participants.

Through targeted training modules, mentorship support, and real-world exposure, we aim to transform young individuals into contributors to their communities' growth. STEP goes beyond traditional skill-building programs by embedding sustainability and entrepreneurship as core pillars, ensuring that the impact lasts for generations.
