The students of the Ooty Tibet Seedings School did an exercise on ཡ་རབས་སྤྱོད་བཟང་གིས་བྱ་བ། Courteous and Ethical actions on this Holy Month of Saka Dawa in Ooty.

By doing this exercise our students were able to understand the and grasp the ethos of love and compassion. Morals which are deeply rooted in our Tibetan identity and culture.

This exercise was led and guided by Geshe Lama Tenga la.

Ganden Ngamchoe, the Parinirvana of Jhe Tsongkhapa was remembered by the Tibetan students of Ooty Seedling School.

‘The compassion of others drive’ was continued this year as the students regardless of age were sharing/providing money (which their parents provided to them) to the needy. This drive was aimed for the students to understand the feeling of helping others and to generate empathy within oneself.

Lama Tenga our teacher and founder guided the students as they took part in this drive.
