Beyond coaching cricket, we're building future-ready athletes.

The inaugural Sports for Change High Performance Cricket Camp 2026 brought together 35 promising young cricketers for a 15-day residential learning experience in Chennai -designed to strengthen not only sporting skills, but also discipline, resilience, teamwork, and self-belief.

Hosted at Guru Nanak College, the camp offered a structured pathway for athlete development through fitness and endurance training, fielding excellence, mental well-being sessions, injury prevention awareness, game strategy, and competitive match exposure.

What made the experience truly special was the opportunity for young athletes from diverse regions to learn, compete, and grow together. As one participant shared, "Training alongside players from different regions motivated me to push my limits every day."

The camp concluded with a special ceremony celebrating the dedication and achievements of the participants and unveiling the new Sports for Change jersey - symbolising a shared identity, aspiration, and commitment to excellence.

At HCLFoundation, we believe sport is a powerful catalyst for change. By creating opportunities for young people to access quality training, mentorship, and exposure, we are helping them unlock their potential, on the field and beyond.
