We recently installed a tactile layout map and tactile signages at Shaheed Gorakh Ram Vir Chakra Government P.G. College Osian Jodhpur, Rajasthan
For many, navigating a campus is routine. But for a visually impaired student, it can be a daily challenge.
Today, that journey becomes more independent, more confident, and more dignified.
Today, the campus speaks a language of inclusion.
Heartfelt thanks to the college administration and the Government for believing in accessibility—not just as an idea, but as an action worth investing in.
This is more than an installation.
_It’s a step toward a future where no student feels left out._

If the clay could speak, it would say—

“Hi, I’m Clay… and in these little hands, I became so many things. From cups to shapes, from imagination to reality—I helped these children create their own world.”

A few weeks ago, at Saksham Resource Center, Noida, 10 incredible students became part of a transformative STEM Foundational Skills Camp on 19th March. Supported by , hosted by Raised Lines Foundation, and in collaboration with National Centre for Assistive Health Technologies - AssisTech, IIT Delhi, this one-day journey proved that science is meant to be felt, heard, and experienced.

This wasn’t just a session—it was a space where curiosity led the way. From crafting with clay to creating “biscuit box guitars” that brought the physics of sound to life, every activity invited students to explore, question, and discover.

The QR code-enabled, specially designed books make learning more accessible. By simply scanning the QR codes, students can access detailed diagram descriptions in an accessible PDF format across their Mathematics and Science books.
In collaboration with , supported by serv, and conducted by Raised Lines Foundation, we worked with Shree Guru Ganesh School for the Blind, Jalna, Maharashtra.
23 students of Class 9 received tactile diagram book sets, along with comprehensive orientation sessions for both students and teachers.

With the support of , 68 students with visual impairment at Netraheen Vikas Sansthan, Jodhpur, became part of our Foundational STEM Skills Camp from 26th to 28th February.
The camp was organized in collaboration with National Centre for Assistive Health Technology, IIT Delhi. The camp brought learning beyond textbooks—into experiences that could be felt and understood.
Two workshops were planned in the STEM camp where students from Classes 1st to 9th explored specific STEM concepts through storytelling and interactive methods, making abstract ideas simple and relatable. Activities like “whistle birds” helped them understand the concept of pitch, turning science into something playful and memorable.
Alongside science, Pre-STEM workshop encouraged tactile exploration using basic Art and Craft materials and their different textures and tools—strengthening motor skills, creativity, and confidence.
By moving from passive learning to hands-on experiences, it was a meaningful step toward making STEM truly inclusive and accessible.
A heartfelt thanks to the Netraheen Vikas Sasthan and specially Ranju ma'am for helping us throughout, ensuring a smooth ex*****on of the 3-day camp.

Touch, Explore, Represent: A Multisensory STEM Foundations Workshop

Just one day after Jaipur, the journey of learning through touch continued in Jodhpur, Rajasthan—carrying forward the same spirit of curiosity, inclusion, and hands-on discovery.

On 14th February, at the , 14 visually impaired students stepped into a space where learning was not just seen or heard—but truly felt.

Supported by HCLFoundation, hosted by Raised Lines Foundation, and in collaboration with National Centre for Assistive Health Technology, this workshop transformed simple materials into powerful learning tools.

From exploring different types of sheets—newspaper, copier paper, Braille paper, ivory sheets, sticker paper, and magic sheets—to experimenting with adhesives like Fevicol and Fevistick, and tapes like masking and cello—every activity was designed to build understanding through touch and play.

Because when students can explore, represent, and create with their own hands, STEM stops being abstract—and becomes something they can truly connect with.

And in that moment, learning becomes not just accessible—but unforgettable.

A few weeks ago, the Rajasthan Netraheen Kalyan Sangh in Jaipur was buzzing with the energy of 70 incredible students for a transformative STEM Foundational Skills Camp. Supported by HCLFoundation, Hosted by the Raised Lines Foundation, in collaboration with National Centre for Assistive Health Technology, IIT Delhi, from February 11th to 13th, this three-day journey proved that science is meant to be felt, heard, and experienced.

The camp wasn't about passive listening—it was about getting hands-on. In our STEM Encouragement track, students from Classes 1st to 9th explored the mechanics of sound and matter. We saw:

"Biscuit box guitars" bringing the physics of strings to life.
"Whistle birds" being used to master the concept of pitch.

🎨 Creativity Without Barriers
Parallel to the science labs, our Art and Craft sessions focused on tactile exploration. Students navigated various textures and tools, strengthening both their motor skills and their creative confidence.

By prioritizing experiential learning over traditional methods, we took a major step toward making STEM accessible and approachable for visually impaired learners.

"The goal was simple: bridge the gap and build a foundation where analytical thinking knows no bounds."

A huge thank you to everyone who made this collaboration a success. The future of science looks brighter—and more inclusive—than ever. 🚀✨
