Menstrual Hygiene Day | Awareness, Safety & Support for Every Girl 🌸

Today, on Menstrual Hygiene Day, we organized an awareness session on menstrual hygiene, safe periods practices, and the importance of using sanitary pads for better health and dignity. Sanitary pads were also distributed among women and girls to encourage healthy hygiene habits. ❤️

A special thanks to the Women Police Team for joining this initiative and guiding girls and women about their rights, safety, and support systems. Important information regarding women helpline numbers, protection against harassment or blackmail, and speaking up against abuse was also shared during the session.

Many girls still hesitate to discuss their health problems with parents or family members because of fear or social stigma. Through this awareness program, we encouraged every girl to speak openly, seek help without fear, and understand that periods are natural and normal.

Together, we are working towards a society where every girl feels safe, informed, healthy, and empowered. ✨
