"नशा छोड़ना सिर्फ इरादे की बात नहीं है… ये दिमाग की लड़ाई है।
और इस लड़ाई में सबसे अहम किरदार होता है ,Psychiatrist का।
Psychiatrist ये समझता है कि addiction एक brain disorder है।
वो मरीज की पूरी mental condition को evaluate करता है anxiety, depression, trauma , सबको identify करता है।
फिर शुरू होता है सही treatment.
medicines के जरिए withdrawal symptoms को control करना, cravings को कम करना ताकि मरीज relapse ना करे।
कई बार लोग नशा इसलिए नहीं छोड़ पाते, क्योंकि अंदर से वो mentally टूटे होते हैं और यही चीज़ psychiatrist ठीक करता है।
Rehabilitation center में psychiatrist सिर्फ दवाई नहीं देता, वो recovery का पूरा roadmap बनाता है।
क्योंकि असली इलाज सिर्फ नशा छुड़ाना नहीं है,
