Repairs in Supreme Towers Without Testings!
Would they lead to disaster?

A deliberate lie is being spread on our back that earlier repairs in Towers 10, 11, 12 have gone under our supervision.
It's a blatant lie!
I reaffirm that as the Applicator Agency was not appointed, we had opposed any repairs. As per our agreement, Applicator Agency was to be appointed with approval by STAOA. From very beginning, we had opposed repairs by Purvanchal and made it a point that all repairs are done by trained Applicator Agency.
Contractor was asked only to peel off the entire plaster in T12.
Later, as new board took over and it had internal strife, Contractor was permitted to carry out repairs itself and without any supervision. This we had opposed tooth and nail.
Repairs were to be done by Applicator Agency only, not by the Contractor.
Even today, repairs are being done de-facto by untrained personnel of Purvanchal, while 3rd rated Applicator is being kept for namesake by it.

Dear Residents,

The 'Election Committee' for STAOA is acting with total dishonesty, to keep expired BOM in power.
Despite clear decision by All HC in Windsor Case to hold full BOM election annually, they have carved out false pretexts to postpone elections for infinite period.
A mischievous Writ Petition, in collusion with expired BOM, has been filed in Allahabad HC for directions to give effect to unregistered, discredited amended bye laws of 2018, with ulterior motive.
When the petition was listed before the Bench, none appeared for Petitioner deliberately.
Despite that there is no stay in it, the election committee, hand in gloves with the expired BOM, has sought pretext in it, to postpone the elections.
This is apparent office grab by a handful, with full connivance of few others, including those in the election committee appointed by the expired BOM.
We must protest against this blatant grab of esteemed STAOA office and injustice!
