Dr. Neelam Gupta, Founder President of AROH Foundation shared a transformative case study on “Addressing Malnutrition and Hunger in Siddharth Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – A Holistic Approach” at the Push for Poshan Summit 2025, held in Delhi and organized by The Good Sight & Rise Against Hunger on 25th October, 2025.
📍 Siddharth Nagar (Uttar Pradesh) – an aspirational district near the Nepal border – faced deep-rooted nutritional, social and economic challenges.
Dr. Gupta highlighted AROH Foundation’s integrated, community-centered interventions that led to measurable change:
✅ Strengthening Anganwadis – infrastructure, hygiene, clean water & nutritious meals
📲 Launching the Poshan Tracer App for real-time nutrition monitoring
🧼 Improving WASH practices (health, hygiene & sanitation)
🌾 Ensuring food security via sustainable livelihood initiatives
👩‍🍼 Empowering women, especially pregnant & lactating mothers
The insights were shared as part of the session on “Food Systems, Climate & Sustainability & Community Action for Transforming Rural Nutrition.”

Two-Day CFL Refresher Training in Punjab🌟

A successful two-day Refresher Training Program for CFL teams was held on 15-16 Oct in Amritsar, Punjab, bringing together members from 16 CFL Centres in Punjab to enhance field performance, review progress, and strengthen team capabilities. The program featured insights from Shri Surinder Kumar (AGM, RBI Chandigarh) on DEA Fund, UDGAM Portal, and financial inclusion schemes, along with guidance and motivation from eminent banking officials Ms. Geeta Mehta (PNB Ferozepur), Shri Chiranjiv Singh (Punjab & Sind Bank, Moga), Shri M.S. Moti (UCO Bank, Jalandhar), and Shri Rajan Malhotra (PNB Gurdaspur).

From AROH Foundation, Ms. Shilpa Jain (COO), Mr. Manoj Sharma (Accounts Head), Mr. Gauravh Tandan (HR Head), and Mr. Ashish Singh (National Head) appreciated team efforts, and trophies were awarded to top-performing teams. The program concluded with a renewed commitment to promoting financial literacy & inclusion with greater impact. 💼✨

🌟 Celebrating 80 Changemakers! 🌟

AROH Foundation, in collaboration with FIS Global, proudly hosted the 2025 Graduation Ceremony of its flagship SheVentures Women Entrepreneurship Program in New Delhi.

This year, 80 incredible women entrepreneurs from Delhi NCR successfully completed the program, equipping themselves with vital business skills and market insights to grow their enterprises.

All 80 women received NSIC certificates for program completion, marking a significant step forward in their entrepreneurial journeys.

This milestone reaffirms AROH Foundation’s commitment to nurturing women-led enterprises and driving inclusive economic growth. 💪✨

✨ The seminar began with the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing the triumph of knowledge and new beginnings.

The inaugural session commenced with the auspicious Lamp Lighting Ceremony, graced by:

The opening address was given by Dr. Navneet Kumar Sharma, President, DMA. Prof. K.G. Suresh, Director, India Habitat Centre, addressed the gathering and shared his views drawn from his rich experience as an academic and a journalist and a CSR practitioner at IHC.
Dr. Madhukar Gupta, IAS (Ex-Additional Secretary, DPE, GoI & Former State Election Commissioner), highlighted the growing significance of CSR as a catalyst for sustainable development and importance of need-based interventions.
The Vote of Thanks in the inaugural session was delivered by Dr. Neelam Gupta, Founder President, AROH Foundation & Vice President, DMA.
