We’ve signed an MoU with Lal PathLabs Foundation to set up two new DIKSHa centres in Ranchi, Jharkhand, and Belgaum, Karnataka, under a co-funding model.

350 youth will be trained annually in the phlebotomy trade under DIKSHa – LPL Academy for Laboratory Medicine, creating pathways to sustainable livelihoods in the healthcare sector.

With the rising demand for skilled healthcare professionals, this initiative is a step towards building a future-ready workforce and improving access to quality care.

The inauguration of Bautijhar Pond marks a meaningful step towards strengthening community-led water resilience in Kanpur Village, Cuttack. With a water harvesting capacity of 900 cubic meters and benefiting approximately 150 community members.

Through our collaboration with Schneider Electric India Foundation, we are transforming vocational training in Government ITIs. This initiative includes establishment of electrical labs in 30 ITIs and refurbishing and upgradation of electrical labs in 8 ITIs across 6 states.

Building on this momentum, our collaboration now extends to 38 ITIs nationwide, strengthening employability through modern infrastructure and industry-aligned training.

Through the Gram Parivartan and DIKSHa initiatives in Ariyalur, around 150 beneficiaries were supported through skill development, micro-enterprise enablement, and agricultural assistance, strengthening livelihoods and community resilience.

The Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Pullambadi, Dalmiapuram, Tamil Nadu, has been supported with essential medical equipments to strengthen healthcare services.

Serving nearly 30 villages and attending to around 200 patients each day, the PHC continues to play an important role in the region’s primary healthcare network. The availability of these equipments will assist the centre in its ongoing efforts to support community health and routine medical care.

A meaningful step under Gram Parivartan initiative at Sattur, empowering 952 rural households through structured livelihood interventions designed to drive sustainable income generation and long-term economic self-reliance.

The initiative deepens its impact by promoting dairy-based livelihoods for 30 households and strengthening three micro-enterprises, including a Grocery Shop and a Batter Making Unit. Through these focused efforts, the programme continues to nurture entrepreneurship, strengthen income resilience, and build lasting community sustainability at Sattur.

A proud moment for Sarayan FPO as 60 skilled women artisans from Sarayan, Sitapur, showcased their beautiful Moonj handicrafts at the 39th Surajkund International Fair in Faridabad from 31st January to 15 February 2026.
From container boxes and casseroles to puja baskets and fruit baskets, their handcrafted products received immense appreciation from visitors.
This participation marks an important step in strengthening market linkages and enabling sustainable livelihoods for rural women.
