"I cannot go to the hospital because I have a paralyzed patient at home." đź’”

This was the reality for Manko Soren from the tribal village of Chunukoli. A year ago, she was battling severe anemia with a hemoglobin level of just 5. She was weak and exhausted but couldn't leave her home to seek help.

That’s why we brought the hospital to her. 🚑

Through our Mobile OPD camp sponsored by , Manko received regular check-ups and medication right at her doorstep. Today, she is recovering, eating well, and strong enough to care for her family.

This is why we do what we do. It’s not just medicine; it’s accessibility.

Big changes happen in small steps! ✨

It’s Day 10 of our nutrition camp, and Dr.Sweta Shikha Tirkey (Project Associate, Swasthya Samriddhi Vahan) is seeing incredible behavioral shifts in the children.

"Our aim through these meals is behavioral change... and we are seeing that to a large extent." 🥣🌿

From remembering to wash their hands before breakfast 🧼 to arriving in cleaner clothes with neatly cut nails, these healthy habits are sticking! The excitement is real, with kids from 4-5 Anganwadi centers now gathering themselves to attend.

This is what sustainable impact looks like. ❤️

When healthcare comes to the community, lives quietly begin to change.

In Jagannathprasad, rural Odisha, Medical Officer with Raj Kumari Foundation, shares how regular follow-up through the Clinic on Wheels helped a patient living with long-standing hypertension regain control over his health.

What once looked like irregular medication, dizziness, and disrupted daily work has
now become steady treatment, symptom control, and the freedom to live and work
without fear.

With medicines available close to home and consistent care that doesn’t stop after
one visit, this is what continuity of primary care truly means — dignified, dependable, and deeply life-changing.

Supported by , this is healthcare that travels to the people who need
it most.

Real change starts at the doorstep.

Listen to Madhu Mehta, a dietician on our Swasthya Samriddhi mobile unit, as she shares the impact of our work in Pharkhori village. In just seven days, children who were struggling with low weight gained 100–200 grams, while mothers learned to prepare nutritious meals with locally available ingredients. Healthy habits, like the 7-step handwashing routine, are becoming part of daily life.

Every small change, from each gram gained to each hand washed, brings us closer to our mission of 1 Lakh Smiles.

We are now inviting CSR partners to help scale this mobile model to 50 more villages. By joining us, you aren’t just funding a van - you’re supporting measurable, lasting health impact. Tap the link in our bio to explore partnership opportunities! 🤝

Measured progress.
Sustained follow-up.

ONE LAKH SMILES is not about visibility.
It’s about verifiable improvement.

ONE LAKH SMILES.
Because the first five years decide everything.
This campaign focuses on what works:
• 15-day intensive nutrition camps
• Daily feeding and monitoring
• Mother and caregiver engagement
• Measured weight gain
• Follow-ups that don’t stop after the camp ends
No symbolism.
No one-day solutions.
Just consistent nutrition, delivered close to home.
ONE LAKH SMILES is about building strong beginnings—quietly, carefully, and at scale.

When school walls start speaking, communities start listening. 🌱🎨

At the Government School, Sugya (Mandu Block), Jharkhand under the Kishori Shakti programme, awareness camps, natak (street plays), and distribution of sanitary pads and seeds for adolescent girls were complemented with powerful wall paintings.

Today, the school looks transformed - people stop, stare, click photos, and neighbouring schools want the same.
Kishori Shakti empowers adolescent girls by addressing anaemia, promoting menstrual hygiene, and supporting long-term wellbeing through moringa and seed distribution for nutrition, fertility preservation, and cultivation.
A simple, visible idea. A powerful community awareness tool.

Grateful to for supporting this meaningful initiative.

We’re excited to begin a new journey with SBI Foundation under SBIF Muskaan to support children under five in Banda, Uttar Pradesh.
Through early screening, 15-day intensive nutrition camps, and consistent follow-up, this programme focuses on giving children a healthier start—and families the support they need to sustain it.
Small steps, done well. Long-term change, done together.

What does real nutrition work look like on the ground?
Not just meals.
Not just measurements.
But systems that work — end to end.
This video takes you inside a rural nutrition camp — from screening and classification to intensive feeding, follow-up at home, and capacity building of frontline workers.
âś” Standardised anthropometry
âś” Intensive nutrition using local foods
âś” Take-home nutrition children love
âś” Measurable weight gain
âś” 3-month follow-up with ASHA & Anganwadi workers
Nutrition is not a one-day activity.
It’s a continuum of care.
🎥 Watch how public health is implemented — thoughtfully, respectfully, and sustainably.

When communities lead, children thrive.
At Raj Kumari Foundation (RKF), we’re implementing a PD/Hearth nutrition intervention in Daspur Village, through Godibari-1 & Godibari-2 Anganwadi Centres under Andharua Gram Panchayat, Odisha.
👶 68 children under 5 screened
🥣 30 children attending 12-day nutrition camps
Using local, high-energy foods, daily feeding, caregiver demonstrations, and growth monitoring, this programme focuses on behaviour change that lasts—not short-term fixes.
Aligned with ICDS & POSHAN Abhiyaan and driven by the community.
More learnings to come.
