MCBT has been conducting awareness sessions under the SAFE (Snake Awareness For Everyone) initiative, educating frontline staff, primary health care workers, and NGO partners on snake ecology, identification and snakebite management.

Imagine a hospital for dogs, but on wheels!!
Mobile Hospital, or MOHO for community dogs is a rescue service run by Blue Cross of India in Chennai, supported by HCLFoundation and DahNay Logistics Pvt Limited.

Running everyday, MOHO has treated 6900+ animals so far. (Data from FY 2023-24 to FY 2025- Feb 26)

MOHO's operations are not possible without the compassion and support of the people of Chennai, who reach out to MOHO and direct the team towards the dogs in distress. Through a simple form (link in bio), people in Chennai can raise treatment requests to MOHO for community dogs in distress.

Harit Summit 2026 hosted a roundtable titled "Addressing Ghost Gear: A Collaborative Policy Dialogue " with 27 participants from seven states, including NGO partners, experts and practitioners.

Co-convened by HCLFoundation and Harit's partner MS Swaminathan Research Foundation, the roundtable enabled participants to map gaps in national and regional policy enforcement related to ghost gear mitigation, coordination challenges across agencies, and the limited integration of ghost gear issues within India’s larger blue economy and marine policy processes.
