Chakravyuh refers to a multi-tier formation used in wars that looks like disc when viewed from above. The warriors at each interleaving position would be in an increasingly tough position to fight. In AUD@CITY we are organizing a treasure hunt by the name ‘Chakravyuh’ in which we are looking for teams who can deal with problems ever increasing in difficulty. All participating teams will be given c
lues to solve which will lead them to a challenge. The game will consist of a few elimination rounds which when cleared will lead to the next stage of the game where the clues will be situated across different locations in the campus. The members of a team will work together to figure out clues, perform several activities and fight their way through the various rounds of the hunt. Date: 4th November, 2016
Time: 12:00PM (Teams need to register their presence at the registration desk by 11:30AM to be eligible to participate)
Venue: Room CR-8 and CR10, AUD Campus
Rules and Instructions:
• The registrations can be done through Email or Phone on the contact details given below
• On-the-spot registrations latest by 11:30 A.M. on 4th November, 2016 will also be considered if spots are available
• A maximum of 20 teams will be allowed for the hunt and will be decided on a first come first serve basis
• Each team can have minimum 3 and maximum 4 members
• The event will start at 12:00 P.M. on November 4, 2016 in CR8 and CR10 inside the AUD campus
• All the teams must report at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event commences
• All the participants must carry a valid identity card
• The participants must not indulge in any unfair practices, if any member of a team is found to use unfair means, the team will be disqualified immediately
