QCI-NABH successfully hosted the NABH Regional Assessor Conclave on August 21, 2026 at Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow, bringing together NABH Assessors and QPAC (Quality Promotion and Advisory Council) Members from across the region for meaningful engagement, knowledge exchange, and collaborative learning.
The conclave featured focused discussions on:
• Quality Bharat Mission and the Gunvatta initiatives driving excellence in healthcare
• Updates on NABH quality initiatives and strategic programmes
• Emerging accreditation and certification programmes, revised standards, and new service lines
• Assessor performance, assessment trends, common non-conformities (NCs), and best practices in report writing
• Digital transformation initiatives, including the AI-enabled Modular Platform
• Assessor professionalism, Code of Conduct, effective communication, and assessment best practices
• Recognition of quality initiatives and assessor excellence
The event witnessed active participation and engaging discussions, enriched by the experiences, perspectives, and best practices shared by the NABH Assessor community and QPAC Members.
The conclave reaffirmed the vital role played by NABH Assessors in advancing quality, patient safety, consistency, and continual improvement across healthcare organisations.
