As an organization we work on four parameters:
1) Self-reliant. Be it the programs, service projects, movements or campaigns for social causes we work on the smallest details ourselves.
2) Nurturing. As mentioned earlier we believe in developing young leaders (or ‘Agents of Change’) and instilling them with all that they need to step into community service and trigger the process of change.
3)
Networking. We allow people with a knack for youth-led change to come together and work for a better future.
4) Sculpturing talent. We create and conduct pioneering events and workshops for the youth to help them recognize their gifts and abilities and develop them further. Green Brigade is a youth-led not-for-profit organization, registered under Indian Societies Act 21, 1860.
