𝐌𝐃𝐏 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐀 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐝

After four days of intensive learning, meaningful conversations, practical insights and shared experiences, the Management Development Programme (MDP) 2026, jointly organised by Vishwa Yuvak Kendra and The Bajaj Foundation, concluded today with an inspiring Valedictory Session.

The session was graced by Dr. Pradyumna Pandey, CEO, PromediExcel Learning Pvt. Ltd. and Chairman, ISAB, Greater Noida, as the Hon. Chief Guest. Sharing his inspiring professional journey and experiences, Dr. Pandey motivated participants through his engaging deliberation and encouraged them to embrace continuous learning, remain committed to their purpose and approach professional challenges with confidence, resilience and a growth-oriented mindset.

Mr. Haribhai Mori, President – CSR, Bajaj Group, shared his thoughts on the way forward of MDP, emphasising the importance of taking the learnings from the training into practice and continuing to strengthen leadership, teamwork and organisational effectiveness beyond the classroom.

The valedictory session also provided an opportunity for members of the Bajaj Foundation and Vishwa Yuvak Kendra teams to share their experiences, reflections and key learnings from the four-day journey. Their reflections beautifully captured the essence of MDP 2026—a journey of learning from experts, learning from one another, discovering new perspectives and strengthening our collective commitment towards greater organisational and community impact.

As MDP 2026 comes to a close, the learning journey does not end here. The true success of the programme will be reflected in how these learnings are translated into action and carried forward into our teams, organisations and communities.

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒 | 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Day 4 of the Management Development Programme (MDP) 2026 began with an insightful and field-oriented session on “FPO Leadership Excellence and Sustainable Community Impact: Struggle to Success.”

Dr. Daya S. Srivastava, Senior Scientist & Head, KVK Sitapur-II, spoke about organic farming, farmer empowerment and sustainable agricultural practices, while highlighting how KVK Sitapur-II has been supporting farmers through knowledge, technology and field-level interventions.

Mr. Vikas Singh Tomar, Director (Admin), Ozone FPO, shared valuable insights from his journey of building and strengthening an FPO. He shared his experiences from the Ozone FPO journey, highlighting the importance of farmer engagement, innovation, collective action and sustainable approaches in creating meaningful community impact.

The session offered participants a practical understanding of how strong leadership, farmer collectives, knowledge sharing and sustainable practices can transform challenges into opportunities and contribute to improved livelihoods.

The second technical session was led by Ms. Shweta Berry, Founder & CEO, Mahanadaya, on “Reporting, Documentation and Digital Storytelling.” Through this session, participants explored how effective documentation and storytelling can help organisations capture impact, communicate their work, amplify community voices and create meaningful digital narratives.

From strengthening farmer institutions to telling stories of impact, Day 4 connected leadership with action, sustainability and communication.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐡 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐬 | 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

As part of the Management Development Programme (MDP) 2026, participants visited Pratapgarh Farms for an enriching exposure experience that combined learning, recreation and an opportunity to reconnect with rural life.
The visit offered participants a glimpse into farming practices, traditional rural living and the simplicity of village life. Alongside learning about agriculture and rural activities, participants enjoyed a range of recreational activities and spent time amidst nature.

The experience provided a refreshing break from the structured sessions of the MDP while also encouraging participants to appreciate the connection between agriculture, communities, traditional knowledge and sustainable livelihoods.
Overall, the exposure visit was a meaningful blend of learning, interaction, fun and reflection, adding a different and enriching dimension to the MDP experience.

Day 2 of the Management Development Programme focused on strengthening leadership, facilitation, critical thinking and strategic problem-solving through a mix of interactive sessions, practical exercises and experiential learning.

Ms. Shaweta Berry, Founder & CEO, Mahanadaya, conducted sessions on Leadership Foundations – Creating Leaders at Team and Grassroots Level and Training of Trainers (ToT) & Effective Facilitation Skills. Through practical examples, discussions and real-life experiences, participants explored how effective leadership and facilitation can help build stronger teams and create meaningful impact at the grassroots level.

A special motivational documentary on drug addiction, screened by Dr. Kamal Saxena, provided a powerful and thought-provoking perspective on the challenges of addiction and its impact on individuals, families and communities. The session also highlighted the importance of awareness, resilience and timely intervention.

Ms. Charu Ahuja, Psychometric Consultant & Growth Mindset Coach, led sessions on Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence & Decision Making and Strategic Planning & Problem Solving. Through engaging group activities and discussions, participants reflected on the importance of emotional intelligence, critical thinking and collaborative approaches in strengthening leadership and making better decisions.

Overall, Day 2 was a rich learning experience that took participants beyond concepts and encouraged them to understand, reflect, interact and learn by doing—making leadership a more practical and experiential journey.

Following the inspiring inaugural session, the 3rd Edition of the Management Development Programme (MDP) 2026 moved into an engaging and interactive technical session led by Capt. Divyaa Sharma, Coach & Soft Skills Trainer.

The session focused on two important aspects of professional effectiveness—Organisational Communication & Stakeholder Engagement and Conflict Resolution, Negotiation & Team Building. Through practical examples, interactive discussions and workplace situations, Capt. Divyaa Sharma encouraged participants to reflect on the importance of clear communication, effective stakeholder engagement, constructive conflict resolution, negotiation and teamwork in creating a positive and productive work environment. The session was further enriched by an engaging group activity that encouraged participants to work together, communicate effectively and put their learning into practice.

Overall, the session provided a valuable opportunity for participants to learn, reflect and engage with one another while strengthening essential skills that contribute to better teamwork, workplace relationships and organisational effectiveness.

The 3rd Edition of the Management Development Programme (MDP) 2026, jointly organised by Vishwa Yuvak Kendra and The Bajaj Foundation, commenced today at the VYK Campus, New Delhi. The inaugural session set an inspiring tone for four days of learning, leadership development, team building and organisational growth.

The session featured an insightful address by our Hon. Chief Guest, Mr. Rajneesh Singh, Managing Partner, SimplyHR Solutions. He spoke about the importance and purpose of the Management Development Programme and also shared valuable insights from his personal experiences, making his address relatable and inspiring for the participants.

Mr. Apoorv Bajaj, Trustee, Bajaj Foundation, delivered a motivating special address, encouraging the team to make the most of this learning opportunity. He highlighted the importance of continuous learning and capacity building in strengthening individual capabilities and organisational performance.

Mr. Haribhai Mori, President–CSR, Bajaj Group, shared valuable perspectives on the importance of team building and working together towards a common purpose. He also spoke about the diverse and impactful work being undertaken by the Bajaj Foundation, inspiring participants to connect their individual roles with a larger social impact.
