The greatest legacy of innovation is the innovators we inspire.

In partnership with CGI ISMC Pvt. Ltd., we have been empowering young minds through STEM education and hands-on innovation since 2019, with a shared vision to build an innovative ecosystem in India. Together, we have supported 100 Atal Tinkering Labs, reaching over 100,000 students across the country.

As part of CGI's 50th Anniversary celebrations, this commitment came alive on 26-27 May 2026, as CGI volunteers joined students across India for an inspiring STEM experience.

Across 6 CGI offices in Mumbai and Pune (Maharashtra), Bengaluru (Karnataka), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), and Hyderabad (Telangana), 380 students across 4 states turned ideas into action. They explored 50+ hands-on STEM activities and 11+ models and experiments - building kaleidoscopes, Arduino temperature controllers, balloon-powered cars, paper bridges, and so much more.

They built. They questioned. They collaborated. They discovered.

But beyond the models and experiments, something even more powerful was taking shape - a belief that they can be the innovators, problem-solvers, and changemakers of tomorrow.

Every child who dares to ask “What if?” has the potential to transform the world. And every opportunity to explore, create, and innovate brings us one step closer to a future shaped by curious minds and bold ideas.

Together with CGI, we are not just shaping the future of STEM education - we are nurturing a generation of curious thinkers, bold innovators, and responsible changemakers, who will lead our world forward.

Because every great innovation begins with a young mind that is encouraged to imagine what is possible.

Some of the best learning moments begin with something as simple as sitting together around a game board. 🎲

The 10-day summer camp at Zilla Parishad Primary School, Thakarwadi, concluded on 14th May. On the final day, students from the Emerson Gyan Shakti Whole School Transformation Program in Chakan and Talegaon, Maharashtra, spent time learning and interacting with Emerson employees.

Through board games and group interaction, 27 students explored problem-solving, communication, and collaboration in a way that felt joyful and engaging. With Emerson employees joining the activity, the room quickly filled with curiosity, laughter, and shared moments of connection.

It was wonderful to see learning unfold so naturally through play, teamwork, and conversation.

From classroom curiosity to national recognition! 🏆

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our young NXplorer, Tanmay Awate from Vivekananda English High School, Mumbai, for winning the “Most Innovative Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)” award, one of the five student categories at the Jagran Bharath Education Conclave & Awards 2026, held on May 22, 2026, in New Delhi.

Organized by Jagran New Media, the conclave brought together Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Minister for Education, Government of India; Shri Sudhanshu Trivedi, Member of Parliament, along with leaders from education, media, and industry to discuss the future of education in India. The event also recognized outstanding institutions, educators, and student innovators from across the country.

Competing among 200+ entries nationwide, Tanmay’s NXplorers Change Project - 'Envira Hydro Drainage Water Management System', stood out for its innovative use of AI. The project is an automated cleaning solution designed to remove waste from drainage systems without human intervention, showcasing how young innovators can use technology to solve real-world challenges.

Congratulations to Tanmay on this incredible achievement! 👏 Special appreciation to Atal Tinkering Labs coordinator Ms. Harshali Mallarap and NXplorers facilitator Ms. Amruta Shinde for their mentorship and continuous support throughout the journey.

We also thank Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, and Shell India for enabling platforms that empower young learners to innovate and lead.

Summer break looked a little different for young learners this year - filled with coding challenges, AI exploration, and lots of curiosity. ☀️💻✨

371 students from grades 3 to 9 came together through virtual and in-person summer camp sessions across 8 schools in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to explore ‘Computer Science Basics’ and ‘AI Basics’ through our sessions ‘Hour of Code’ and ‘Hour of AI’ respectively.

What made the experience truly special was the enthusiasm students brought to every session. They didn’t just participate, they asked questions, experimented with new ideas, and embraced learning with excitement during their vacations.

The sessions helped strengthen digital skills, creativity, problem-solving, and confidence by encouraging students to think logically, experiment with new ideas, and actively participate in hands-on learning activities. It also inspired them to explore technology independently and think beyond the classroom.

We appreciate the Amazon Future Engineer team and our partner schools for making this initiative possible and for supporting opportunities that inspire future-ready learners. 🚀
