1-Hnble Justice Chander Shekhar, Chairperson, Real Estate Appellate Tribunal Delhi & Chandigarh; Chairperson, Approving Panel of GAAR, Income Tax, Govt of India; Former Judge Delhi High Court.
2-Professor Wim A. Van der Stede, Dean, LSE Extended Education, CIMA Professor of Accounting & Financial Management, Department of Accounting, London School of Economics, London. Before becoming Dean, he was Head of the Department of Accounting at LSE (2012-2022). He currently serves on LSE Council (the university's Board of Directors). He has also served on the American Accounting Association's Board of Directors (2017-2020).
3-Prof Deepak Nayyar, Emeritus Professor JNU, Distinguished Professor of Economics, New School for Social Research, New York, Formerly Chief Economic Adviser to the Government of India and Secretary in the Ministry of Finance from 1989 to 1991. He served as Director on the Board of Directors of State Trading Corporation of India Ltd, Jute Corporation of India Ltd, Cotton Corporation of India Ltd, Central Board of State Bank of India (the largest Indian Bank), Export-Import Bank of India, Maruti Udyog Ltd, Steel Authority of India Ltd, ICRA Ltd (formerly Credit Rating Agency of India Ltd)), ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd), Birla Corporation Ltd, and Press Trust of India.
4-Dr Shann Turnbul, Principal: International Institute for Self-governance, Sydney, Australia. In 1975 he co-founded/authored the first course in the world to provide a qualification for company directors, and wrote his book, ‘Democratising the wealth of nations’. The innovations in his book led to privatizing consultations in the 1990’s for Czech + Slovak governments and the State Commission for Reform of the Economic System of the Peoples Republic of China. Shann Turnbull’s publications/writings/ presentation since completing a PhD in 2000 that established the science of governance, include Journals (24) Books/Chaps (23), Gov. Reports (13), Conferences (90), Monographs (9), Educ. texts (12), Seminars (37), Articles (201), Gov. Subs. (22), Letters to Ed (73), E-opinion (6), Blogs (1) Talks (54), Media (12).
5-Prof Gerhard Schnider, Professor and Director Institute for International Management, Loughborough University London; Earlier Reader at Kings College, London. He has published large numbers of refereed journal papers and co-authored a book on the history of Swiss corporate governance.
6-Prof Bartolome Pascual Fuster, Head of the Department of Business Economics, Universitat de les Illes Balears, Spain. His current research interest is in the composition and functions of the board of directors, especially in business group-affiliated firms. Recently published work has appeared in Journal of Financial Markets, Journal of Corporate Finance, and Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Corporate Governance: An International Review, and Journal of World Business among others.
7-Dr. Christo Karuna, Founder Coordinator, International Consortium for Values-based Governance (ICVG), Monash Business School, Melbourne, Australia. He has taught at leading universities worldwide like the University of Michigan, University of California at Irvine, University of Houston, and University of Southern California.
