The Toy Bank The Toy Bank as the name suggests, houses toys! It collects toys, restores them and further distributes them amongst the less-privileged children.

The Toy Bank has been helping people share joy by upholding its mission statement - ‘Recycle Toys – Recycle Smiles’. Since its formal inception in 2005, The Toy Bank has helped willing patrons bring smiles to the face of more than 5 Lakh children. It has been made possible by generous efforts and contributions of thousands, be it in their individual capacity, or students of various schools (like D

elhi Public School, Modern School, Bal Bharti Public School, to name a few) or employees of leading corporates (Cadbury’s , Genpact, PVR Cinemas, among multiple others). Our toys bring smiles to children across the country through our partners who work with government schools, Anganvaadis, Shelter Homes, Children Hospitals and in Slum and Rural Areas.

At The Toy Bank, we hold the belief that schools serve not only as places for academic education but also as essential environments for developing students' character and values. To celebrate Raksha Bandhan, we organized a Rakhi-making activity for our primary class students. This hands-on experience allows us to teach young minds the significance of relationships, fostering empathy, respect, , and a sense of unity. The Toy Bank recently organized a comprehensive play-based learning workshop for primary educators at MCD School, focusing on the utilization of as instructional tools for teaching numeracy concepts. This workshop was designed to equip teachers with practical strategies and resources that can be seamlessly integrated into their existing curricula.

During the session, teachers explored a wide range of topics critical to , including fractions, angles, addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
