The “Air Cargo Forum India” - ACFI is an association of various stakeholders of Air Cargo Logistic Supply Chain Trade and Industry i.e. Freight Forwarders,

Freight Forwarders, Airlines, Airport Operators, Cargo Terminal Operators, Customs House Agents and Express Industry formed to support and promote the development of air cargo logistics industry in India. ACFI is unique as it is the only association nationwide having representation of the entire air cargo logistic supply chain. ACFI has been taking up the major challenges of air cargo logistic ind

ustry with various Government bodies and Ministries for bringing improvement in processing of international air cargo and express trade at the airports of the country to facilitate growth in EXIM trade to boost the Indian economy. Mission

>> Develop major Airports as Cargo Gateway Airports with cost effective & efficient services & world class infrastructure facilities.

>> Develop major transit cargo hubs- Taking the benefit of India’s Geo-political situation being positioned at the East west air transport corridor; all out efforts shall be made to convert Indian international airports becoming major transit cargo hubs.

>> Implementation of Simplified Air Cargo Processing - The regulatory frame of our country is very rigid with traditional mind set. Drastic changes in the regulatory policies and mind set at all the levels of the regulatory mechanism to be inculcated by introducing simplified procedures.

>> Generate Bigger Voice & platform - Create/develop strong association of embers from entire air cargo trade with capable, knowledgeable & credible Members of cargo community to create bigger voice & platform for resolving air cargo trade related common issues of concern.

>> Bring Synergy among ACFI members with an intention to work together on common issues of mutual interest unitedly to face its challenges and work for the speedy growth of air cargo & fast economic development of the country.

✈️ Strengthening the foundation of India’s air cargo workforce!

Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI), Chennai Chapter successfully organized the 23rd Elementary Cargo Training Program (ECTP) in physical mode for base-level staff of the air cargo industry.

Held on 15th September 2025 at AAICLAS Regional Training Centre, Meenambakkam, Chennai, the program attended and benefited by 59 participants from Omega Enterprises (GHA of AAICLAS), AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL), and DHL.

🎤 Mr. Daya Juyal, Director, ACFI Secretariat, and Ms. Alpana Chaturvedi, Chairperson, ACFI Skill Development Task Pillar, addressed the participants online, sharing ACFI’s vision to build a world-class, environmentally friendly air logistics industry through innovation and business facilitation.

🤝 The program was generously sponsored by TVS SCS Global Freight Solutions Limited. Mr. Jagatheesan K, Asst. General Manager, and Mr. M. Ramadoss, Manager - CHA, represented TVS and appreciated ACFI’s grassroots efforts in capacity building.

📚 The training was led by Mr. P. R. Sanjiv, Senior Manager - Cargo, Omega.

👏 Special thanks to Mr. Rahul Nandy, General Manager - Cargo, AAICLAS (Southern Region), for his unwavering support and presence at the closing ceremony.

🎤 Mr. Arokia Dass I, Chairman, ACFI Chennai Chapter, delivered the vote of thanks and shared how ACFI bridges industry challenges with government and trade stakeholders.

🚀 Strengthening Skills. Elevating Standards.

On 11 September 2025, the ACFI Bengaluru Chapter hosted its 3rd Virtual Awareness Training Program on ACFI DGR and Lithium Batteries, proudly sponsored by Menzies Aviation ( Bengaluru) Private Limited).

📈 65+ participants from 18 companies — including 15 ACFI members and 3 non-members — joined us from 9 states, representing diverse sectors of the aviation and logistics industry.

A landmark moment for India’s air cargo sector! The Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI) proudly launched its 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗵𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, inaugurated by 𝗛𝗼𝗻’𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗠 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘂 𝗡𝗮𝗶𝗱𝘂, alongside key ministers 𝗦𝗿𝗶 𝗕.𝗖. 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗿𝗶 𝗧.𝗚. 𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁. Over 350 industry leaders gathered to mark this milestone, reinforcing Andhra Pradesh’s emergence as a logistics powerhouse on the eastern corridor.

✈️ 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴!

Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI), in collaboration with the FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS, successfully conducted a one-day physical awareness training session on 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼 on 28th August 2025 at the International Cargo Terminal, IGI Airport, New Delhi.

We were honored to host a stellar lineup of industry experts and trainers who shared their insights and expertise:
