A loosely affiliated group of concerned individuals and organizations that seek to address issues of gender, sexuality, health and rights by initiating, facilitating and participating in an action-oriented campaign in Delhi. Each day, we are told not to talk about the plurality of identities we carry, the questions we have about our own bodies, and the vision we have for our society. As youth, we
believe that these conversations must happen. We believe that the process of reclaiming our voices, reclaiming our choices, and reclaiming our city must flow from the hearts and minds of the youth. As youth, irrespective of social constructions of gender, race, religion, sexuality, caste, class, ability/disability, EACH of us has a right to live in an environment that respects our choices and gives us the freedom to access our own voices without fear or judgment. With these beliefs we seek to engage our peers in activities and discussions on what their hopes, dreams and questions are about their bodies, identities, and rights. We envision open and safe spaces within our communities, colleges, schools, and homes where these challenging, exciting, and unexpected discussions can be sparked and those sparks can lead to tangible actions.
