: Chairman Mr. Suwan arrived in Oslo, Norway 🇳🇴 to a warm and gracious welcome on his maiden visit, at the India House in Norway, in the august presence of the Indian Ambassador to Norway, H.E. Ms. Gloria Gangte.

This visit marks an important milestone in advancing diplomacy, global engagement, and India’s growing international partnerships.

During his stay, Mr. Suwan will engage with key stakeholders, strengthen institutional linkages, and further CYL’s commitment to fostering meaningful dialogue between young leaders of India and Norway.

: Chairman Mr. Himadrish Suwan along with Mrs. Amulya Suwan had the distinct honour of receiving a private audience with Her Excellency Mrs. Annita Demetriou, President of the House of Representatives (Parliament) of the Republic of 🇨🇾 — the second highest constitutional office in Cyprus, following the President of Cyprus — during her official visit to India 🇮🇳 today.

The discussions reinforced the enduring India–Cyprus partnership and the importance of further enhancing people-to-people engagement to nurture deeper mutual understanding between the two nations. Chairman Mr Suwan engaged in wide-ranging conversations on our bilateral cooperation, grounded firmly in shared democratic principles, respect for territorial integrity, and a resolute opposition to terrorism and radicalisation.

Chairman Mr. Suwan also had the privilege of interacting with the distinguished Parliamentary Delegation of Cyprus 🇨🇾 during a private courtesy meet and expressed confidence that Cyprus’ upcoming EU Presidency 🇪🇺 will provide fresh momentum to bolstering India–EU strategic, economic, and diplomatic linkages.

Chairman Mr. Suwan also had the privilege of presenting to H.E. Mrs. Demetriou an award-winning book on the extraordinary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi, whose visionary statesmanship has fostered the emergence of a New India — confident, reformative, globally engaged — and advancing towards the aspiration of a Viksit Bharat 🇮🇳.
