The 80th Independence Day Celebration at Banasthali Public School was a heartfelt tribute to the spirit of freedom, patriotism, and the countless sacrifices that shaped our nation.
The celebration commenced with the divine Saraswati Vandana, followed by soul-stirring patriotic songs presented by our Junior and Senior students. The little ones of Bal Vatika 1 and Prep added colour and energy to the celebration with graceful dances inspired by patriotic themes.
One of the most poignant moments of the programme was the special act portraying the valour and sacrifices of the Indian Army, which touched every heart and brought tears to the eyes of the audience.
Our Primary students beautifully brought history to life by portraying inspiring national figures such as Sarojini Naidu, Kasturba Gandhi, Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, and many other great personalities who contributed to India's journey towards freedom. Their confident portrayals reminded everyone of the courage, determination, and patriotism of our national heroes.
The Senior students continued the tribute through powerful dance performances dedicated to our freedom fighters, creating an atmosphere filled with pride and patriotic fervour. Adding to the spirit of the occasion, students presented thought-provoking speeches and patriotic poems, expressing their love for the nation in their own heartfelt words.
The celebration concluded with an inspiring address by Principal Ms. Anubha Goyal, along with messages from other senior members of the school, reminding students that the true meaning of freedom lies in responsibility, unity, discipline, and service to the nation.
A celebration of freedom, a remembrance of sacrifice, and a promise to build a stronger and brighter India. 🇮🇳
