“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” — Carl Jung
Emotional resilience begins when young people feel safe enough to acknowledge what they feel, not hide it.💜
On 16 January 2026, MDIP conducted a Life Skills session for our JDMC mentees on Emotional Resilience facilitated by Ms.Garima Goyal, creating a space where mentees explored emotions, understood their purpose, and reflected on how reactions shape everyday choices.
Through stories, the lens of Navarasas, and simple mindfulness practices, students learned how insecure emotions can be recognised, strengthened, and transformed into emotional balance.
A deeply moving moment came when our ex-mentee Aarti shared her journey from emotional struggle to resilience, reminding everyone that growth is possible with the right guidance and support.
The session closed with a short meditation, leaving students calmer, grounded, and more aware of their inner world.
Grateful to .goyal.official for nurturing emotional strength in our mentees.✨
