Honoured to witness yet another meaningful bridge being built between India and Russia through art, cinema, and cultural dialogue.
A proud moment for SOCIOKNOT FOUNDATION as international collaborations continue to create spaces where creativity transcends borders and humanity speaks one language. The launch of this joint film initiative with the Indo-Russia Film & Cultural Forum is more than a cinematic project — it is a celebration of shared stories, artistic diplomacy, and cultural unity.
Grateful to be part of conversations that nurture global friendship through art and meaningful exchange. The future belongs to collaborations that connect hearts before nations. 🇮🇳🇷🇺✨

A meaningful addition to an already special milestone.
What truly stayed with me from the day at Amity University Haryana was the vibrant interaction with students — their curiosity, openness, and eagerness to explore art beyond conventional boundaries. Engaging with young minds, sharing thoughts on art as a powerful medium of expression, healing, and connection, felt deeply fulfilling. If even a few perspectives were expanded or a spark was ignited, the purpose was served.
Amidst these enriching exchanges, the signing of the MoU between SOCIOKNOT FOUNDATION and Amity University Haryana marked a significant step forward. It symbolizes not just collaboration, but a commitment to nurturing creativity, encouraging dialogue, and creating platforms where art can truly impact lives.
The energy of the students combined with this formal partnership made the day both impactful and inspiring — a perfect blend of purpose and possibility.

A truly special milestone for SOCIOKNOT FOUNDATION.
On 24th April 2026, at Amity University Haryana, what began as a warm exchange of ideas with esteemed delegates from Russia evolved into something far more meaningful — the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between SOCIOKNOT FOUNDATION and Amity University Haryana.
The day unfolded with an inspiring blend of academic dialogue, cultural exchange, and artistic vision. From the welcoming of distinguished guests and engaging conversations with university leadership, to insightful sessions like “Bridge of Friendship” by Dr. Vladimir Zaitsev — every moment reflected the power of art in connecting people beyond borders.
It was an honour to introduce the work of SOCIOKNOT FOUNDATION and engage in thoughtful interaction with such a diverse and accomplished gathering. The MoU signing marked not just a formal collaboration, but the beginning of a shared journey — one that will strengthen art, culture, education, and global creative dialogue.
The art workshop and gallery visit that followed brought the essence of the day alive — creativity flowing freely, transcending language and geography.
Grateful for this opportunity and excited for what lies ahead. This is more than a milestone — it is a bridge being built.

Art has a quiet way of transforming lives—and that’s exactly where Socioknot Foundation continues to make its mark.
Amid meaningful collaborations like the recent exchange at Amity University Haryana to be held on the 24th April 2026, I feel proud to see how our journey is unfolding—not loudly, but with purpose and persistence. Through art therapy, we are touching lives, creating safe spaces for expression, and nurturing emotional well-being. Through nature-linked creative practices, we are subtly reconnecting people with the environment—restoring not just ecosystems, but also inner balance.
Art, culture, and human connection are deeply intertwined. At Socioknot Foundation, we are weaving these threads into a fabric of social bonding—bridging communities, cultures, and conversations.
Every canvas, every workshop, every interaction adds a small yet meaningful stroke to a much larger picture.

Promoting Art as a Healer has always been very close to my heart — just as deeply as my concern for Environmental issues. 🌿 Both nurture us in their own ways — one heals the soul, the other sustains the body. Together, they form the essence of a balanced, mindful, and compassionate life. 💚🎨

Let’s continue to create, conserve, and connect — through art, nature, and awareness.

Many people believe that trees are the primary source of the oxygen we breathe but the truth is more fascinating. While forests especially rainforests do play an important role in producing oxygen and balancing carbon dioxide, the majority of Earth's oxygen actually comes from the ocean. Tiny marine organisms called phytoplankton carry out photosynthesis, just like plants on land and they are responsible for producing around 50–80% of the oxygen in our atmosphere. These microscopic life forms float near the ocean’s surface, absorbing sunlight and carbon dioxide and in the process, they release vast amounts of oxygen that sustain life on Earth.

Most people don’t realize how powerful touching a tree while barefoot can be (it can change your life in just 15 minutes) 💬👀

Moss isn’t just a patch of green on walls — it’s a silent climate warrior. Per square meter, moss captures 4x more CO₂ than trees, grows on concrete without soil, and acts as a natural air conditioner, reducing urban heat. It also filters pollutants, fights erosion, and conserves moisture, all while needing almost no water or fertilizer.

Despite this, we scrape it away as if it were waste, erasing one of Earth’s most efficient carbon absorbers. Scientists argue that moss walls and rooftops could be game-changers for future cities, combining natural beauty with powerful climate action. Instead of removing moss, we should be designing with it.
