KickOff Solutions works towards creating opportunities for girls from underserved communities who have shown exceptional potential in sport - supporting them through mentorship, fellowships, guidance and pathways towards greater independence and leadership.

Behind this work is a team made up of sportspersons, educators, mentors, communicators and operators, all bringing different experiences but a shared belief in the power of sport to change lives.

We are delighted to introduce the members of our Advisory Board at KickOff Solutions.

This group brings together diverse experiences across development, storytelling, business, sport, and strategy. Each member adds a distinct perspective shaped by years of work in their respective fields, from building programs and communities to shaping narratives, driving growth, and enabling impact at scale.

As we continue to grow, their role is to guide with clarity, challenge our thinking, and help us stay anchored in purpose while building for the long term.

Across 4 offices in India, Googlers penned heartfelt letters to our girl leaders, reminding them that the change they’re making in the world isn’t going unnoticed. Their courage and dreams inspire us all to keep pushing boundaries and breaking barriers together.

What defines them is the future they imagine and the courage they bring to their journey.

Their stories urge us to build a world where dreams aren’t limited, where needs don’t need justification, and where every individual has room to grow on their own terms.

Today is a reminder to keep building a world that respects individuality and celebrates possibility. 🙌

Taking a moment to share a refreshing experience for our Girl Leaders and our team. This week, we visited four Google India offices in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune and Hyderabad, where our girls spent time with Googlers in their natural workspace, a place many young people aspire to be.

For the girls, it was a chance to speak up, share their journeys and feel heard in a new environment. And for us, it was powerful to see Googlers listen with care, ask thoughtful questions and write letters of courage that acknowledged each girl’s determination to keep playing and challenging the norms around them.

We are deeply grateful to every team that helped us bring these sessions to life and to all the Googlers who took the time to meet, interact and connect with our young leaders. 💛⚽️💌

Girls in sport shouldn’t be an exception. It should be the norm. 🏏🤍

This week, the Indian women’s cricket team showed the world what happens when talent gets its stage. They inspired generations. They made history.

Kickoff Solutions works with young girls who fight for their freedom and for their place in the world, by going against all odds and choosing to play a sport.

Ignite 2025 was a space created for the girls, for learning, reflection, and celebration. ✨

When we planned Ignite, our goal was simple: bring our girl leaders together under one roof to learn, grow, and support each other. Four days went by in workshops, sports, and stories knitting us tight like a community.

Many of our girl leaders have spent their journeys being the only one in their communities, the only one to play a sport, to challenge the system, to coach, to fight for her education. It is what makes them remarkable, but it can also be isolating to stand alone.🫂

Through Ignite, they found each other. They shared, listened, and lifted one another up.
And somewhere in between, they discovered confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging that will stay with them long after.🩷

Through Ignite, we saw the power of partnership in action. Our girls are growing because of people who help them see what’s possible, partners who measure impact, and those who guide them in fighting gender biases, building 21st-century skills, strengthening mental resilience, and maintaining their safety, and the ones who carry their stories to the world.✨
