We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible. Universal human rights are often expressed and guaranteed by law, in the forms o

f treaties, customary international law, general principles and other sources of international law. International human rights law lays down obligations of Governments to act in certain ways or to refrain from certain acts, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups. प्रेमानंद जी किशोरावस्था से ही अध्यात्मिक मार्ग को चयन किया, इनकी निस्वार्थ भक्ति और समर्पण नमन करने योग्य है.
कुछ दुष्ट एवं लोभी तरह के लोगों ने तथाकथित शिष्य बनके, प्रेमानंद जी के निश्छल-निर्मल व्यक्तित्व को समाज के सामने प्रवचन देने के नाम पर धन इकठ्ठा करने में लगे हुए है और इनसे बेमतलब का प्रवचन/ज्ञान दिलाने में लगे हुए है...और प्रेमानंद जी को ये बात समझ नहीं आई की वो मायापति के माया में फस गए है.
जिस समाज को भगवान् श्री कृष्ण गीता के रूप में दिव्य ज्ञान दे चुके है उसे और ज्ञान की जरूरत नहीं है सिर्फ माता-पिता एवं शिक्षक की बात मानने की जरूरत है.

The most stylish and fearless Field Marshal Sam. Grand Salute

बात उस समय की है जब डॉ. अब्दुल कलाम, भारत के प्रिय राष्ट्रपति, कुन्नूर के दौरे पर थे। वहां उन्हें पता चला कि देश के नायक, फील्ड मार्शल सैम मानेकशॉ, सैन्य अस्पताल में इलाज करवा रहे हैं। बिना देर किए, कलाम जी अस्पताल पहुंचे। उन्होंने सैम के स्वास्थ्य का हाल जाना और बड़े स्नेह से पूछा,"क्या आपको यहां कोई तकलीफ है? क्या मैं कुछ ऐसा कर सकता हूं जिससे आपको सहज महसूस हो? कोई शिकायत तो नहीं?"
सैम ने हल्के से मुस्कुराते हुए कहा,"हां, सर, मुझे एक शिकायत है।"
कलाम जी चिंतित हो उठे। उन्होंने तुरंत पूछा, "क्या शिकायत है, सैम?"
सैम की आंखों में देशप्रेम की चमक थी। उन्होंने कहा,"सर, मेरी शिकायत यह है कि मेरे प्यारे देश के सबसे सम्मानित राष्ट्रपति मेरे सामने खड़े हैं, और मैं उन्हें सलामी नहीं दे पा रहा।"
यह सुनते ही कमरे में सन्नाटा छा गया। कलाम जी ने सैम का हाथ थाम लिया। उस पल दोनों की आंखों में आंसू थे—एक देशभक्त का दूसरे देशभक्त के लिए सम्मान, प्रेम और गर्व।

भारत के संविधान में, मौलिक कर्तव्य अनुच्छेद 51A में सूचीबद्ध हैं। वर्तमान में 11 मौलिक कर्तव्य हैं, जो भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए नैतिक रूप से बाध्यकारी हैं.
इन मौलिक कर्तव्यों में शामिल हैं:
संविधान का पालन करना और उसके आदर्शों, संस्थाओं, राष्ट्रीय ध्वज और राष्ट्रगान का आदर करना .
भारत की संप्रभुता, एकता और अखंडता को बनाए रखना और उसकी रक्षा करना .
देश की रक्षा करना और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर राष्ट्रीय सेवा के लिए तत्पर रहना .
विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आने वाले, विभिन्न भाषाएं बोलने वाले, विभिन्न रीति-रिवाजों और मान्यताओं का पालन करने वाले लोगों के बीच भाईचारे और सद्भाव को बढ़ावा देना .
देश के सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों को संजोकर रखना और उनका सम्मान करना .
पर्यावरण की रक्षा करना और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का संरक्षण करना .
वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण, मानवीयता और ज्ञान को प्राप्त करने की भावना विकसित करना .
सार्वजनिक संपत्ति की रक्षा करना और उसका दुरुपयोग नहीं करना .
शैक्षिक विकास के लिए प्रयास करना और छह से चौदह वर्ष की आयु के बीच के बच्चों को शिक्षा के अवसर प्रदान करना .
प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में सुधार के लिए प्रयास करना और नए विचारों को अपनाना .
व्यक्तिगत और सामूहिक गतिविधियों में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त करना .
