National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) is the largest democratic and secular student organization in the world that represents the aspirations of millions of students. NSUI, since its formation on 9th April 1971, has been motivating young minds and leading the torch of student activism. We have always been in the forefront to protect the rights and interest of student community irrespective of c

aste, religion, gender, and status in society. NSUI has embarked on a revolutionary journey which will see young leaders emerge from the grass root. The doors of NSUI are open to everyone and the process of electing and grooming young leaders is constantly on. NSUI, at present, has 4 million plus registered members, 1,75,000 elected office bearers at different levels and 20,000 college committees across the country. As part of the campaign, NSUI Assam held an engaging dialogue with students on the pressing issues of paper leaks, rising unemployment and the alarming decline of India's education system.

This movement is about protecting every student's future. We will continue to raise our voices until accountability is ensured, justice is delivered and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigns.

कोटा के राजकीय महाविद्यालय में खंडित स्वामी विवेकानंद जी की प्रतिमा के दोषियों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की मांग को लेकर शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से ज्ञापन देने पहुँचे NSUI कार्यकर्ताओं पर एबीवीपी कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा हमला किया गया।

यह घटना छात्र राजनीति में हिंसा और असहिष्णुता का गंभीर उदाहरण है। हम प्रशासन से मांग करते हैं कि दोषियों के विरुद्ध तत्काल कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए तथा महाविद्यालय परिसर में सभी छात्र-छात्राओं की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जाए।

Students deserve an education system built on fairness, opportunity and accountability - not paper leaks, unemployment and an education system that is on life support.

As part of the campaign, Chhatra Parishad West Bengal engaged with students on the growing crisis of paper leaks, rising unemployment, and the collapse of the education system. Students also watched LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi Ji's Kota address, reinforcing the call for a nationwide movement for student justice.

लोकतांत्रिक परंपराओं को और अधिक सशक्त एवं पारदर्शी बनाने की दिशा में NSUI संगठनात्मक चुनाव 2026 निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार आयोजित किए जाएंगे।

इस चुनाव प्रक्रिया के प्रमुख बिंदु

✅ दो चरणों में चुनाव
🔹 प्रथम चरण: कॉलेज एवं विश्वविद्यालय इकाइयों के चुनाव।
🔹 द्वितीय चरण: जिला एवं राज्य स्तर के चुनाव।

✅ पात्रता, सदस्यता, नामांकन, मतदान एवं चुनाव से जुड़े सभी नियम निर्धारित दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार लागू होंगे।

डिजिटल सत्यापन, पारदर्शिता और लोकतांत्रिक भागीदारी के साथ NSUI एक मज़बूत, जवाबदेह और छात्र-केंद्रित संगठन के निर्माण के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

NSUI has officially launched its Internal Organisational Election process for Chandigarh, marking the beginning of a transparent, democratic and participative organisational exercise.

NSUI Chandigarh Organisational Elections - Tentative Schedule

Phase 1: College & University Unit Elections

• 12 July: Commencement of the election process and addition/deletion (correction) of College Electoral Rolls.
• 22 July – 4 August: Membership Drive.
• Up to 8 August: Submission and disposal of grievances.
• 12 August: Declaration of results for College & University Unit Elections.

Phase 2: State President Election

Eligibility: Only elected College/University Unit Presidents are eligible to contest for the post of NSUI State President.

• 14–16 August: Filing of nominations.
• 18 August: Publication of the final list of candidates.
• 19 August: Voting by the State/District Committee.
• Up to 5:00 PM, 21 August: Submission and disposal of grievances.
• 21 August: Declaration of the State President Election results.

मोदी सरकार की नाकाम शिक्षा व्यवस्था ने लाखों छात्रों के सपनों और मेहनत के साथ खिलवाड़ किया है।

नेता प्रतिपक्ष श्री Rahul Gandhi जी के नेतृत्व में अभियान इसी बदलाव का संकल्प है।

छात्रों के सवाल सिर्फ कैंपस तक सीमित नहीं हैं, बल्कि देश के भविष्य से जुड़े हैं। इन्हीं सवालों को जन-जन तक पहुँचाने के उद्देश्य से आज NSUI चंडीगढ़ के कार्यकर्ताओं ने छात्रों और युवाओं के साथ संवाद किया।

इस दौरान शिक्षा व्यवस्था, छात्र अधिकार, रोजगार और अभियान को लेकर सार्थक चर्चा की गई। साथ ही अधिक से अधिक युवाओं से इस जनआंदोलन का हिस्सा बनकर छात्रों की आवाज़ को और मजबूत बनाने का आह्वान किया गया।
