On the 29th March of 2026, we held meetings with survivors and advocates to create a platform for survivors and their families to share their experiences and challenges, in the presence of Legal Experts and AIDMAM’s National and State teams.

On 15th and 21st March 2026, AIDMAM, with its national team and the Madhya Pradesh state team, organized district-level Life Skills Workshops for adolescent girls in Chhatarpur and Bhopal.

During these workshops, participants were introduced to AIDMAM’s newly developed Life Skills Education Manual for adolescents. The facilitators engaged the participants in understanding the 10 core WHO Life Skills, highlighting their relevance in everyday life along with other important topics.

Hiring: District Coordinator

Organization: All India Dalit Mahila Adhikar Manch (AIDMAM) – NCDHR

Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (applicants must be residents of Uttar Pradesh)

Role Overview
The District Coordinator will work closely with Dalit women at the district level to strengthen access to justice, build leadership, and prevent caste-based violence. The role also includes engagement with adolescent girls to promote safety, rights, and education.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to Dalit women survivors of caste-based violence in accessing justice by coordinating with police, legal services, and district authorities.
• Follow up on legal interventions and ensure proper documentation.
• Mobilize and strengthen leadership among Dalit women, with a strong focus on rights awareness.
• Conduct community-level engagement and prevention initiatives, including programs with adolescent girls on safety, rights, and education.

Remuneration
Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.

जिला समन्वयक जिला स्तर पर दलित महिलाओं के साथ मिलकर न्याय तक पहुंच को मजबूत करने, नेतृत्व क्षमता विकसित करने और जाति आधारित हिंसा को रोकने के लिए काम करेंगे। इस भूमिका में किशोरियों के साथ जुड़कर उनकी सुरक्षा, अधिकारों और शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना भी शामिल है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां
• जाति आधारित हिंसा की शिकार दलित महिलाओं को पुलिस, कानूनी सेवाओं और जिला अधिकारियों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करके न्याय दिलाने में सहायता प्रदान करना।

• कानूनी हस्तक्षेपों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना और उचित दस्तावेज़ीकरण करना।

• दलित महिलाओं में नेतृत्व क्षमता को बढ़ावा देना और मजबूत करना, विशेष रूप से अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूकता पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना।

• सामुदायिक स्तर पर जुड़ाव और रोकथाम संबंधी पहल करना, जिसमें किशोरियों के साथ सुरक्षा, अधिकारों और शिक्षा पर कार्यक्रम शामिल हैं।

वेतन
