BASE fundamentally do not believe on “Do not a job seeker. Be a job giver.” BASE believes initially being a job seeker is essential to gain firsthand experience, apprentice and even to generate initial capital. At the same BASE denied the traditional practices, menial job occupations associate with caste. BASE will promote right job for the right person as per their interest and

personal intuition that would help to build scientific entrepreneurial temper. BASE believes with a good amount of experience is essential for to develop entrepreneurial ideas that would be more pragmatic and fundamentally refine. BASE learned from our history that, we do not have an entrepreneurial background and lack of initial capital. BASE fundamentally believe that an idea of ‘do not a job seeker, be a job giver is fundamentally wrong to the largest extent. BASE essentially believes that without proper educational attainment and relevant experience the success rate of any entrepreneurs would be low. BASE essentially promotes entrepreneurial literacy through Connect, Communicate, and Care process to attain the heights in Education, Entrepreneurship, and Empowerment. Whom to Connect:
