New computer lab. A world of new possibilities.
Project Pragati's newly inaugurated Computer Lab will provide students from Grades 6 to 9 with opportunities to build essential digital skills, explore technology and prepare for a future where digital literacy is more important than ever.

Every child deserves the chance to learn, explore and dream beyond their circumstances—and this space is one more step towards making that possible.

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn with confidence.

Sometimes, all it takes is someone willing to teach, encourage, or stand alongside them.

Whether you volunteer your time or sponsor learning support, you become part of a child's journey toward confidence, opportunity, and hope.

You can support by:
• Teaching tuition
• Helping with spoken English
• Conducting activity-based learning
• Supporting reading and writing
• Sponsoring remedial education
• Donating learning materials

Together, we can ensure that every child has the support they need to keep learning.

If you'd like to volunteer or contribute, we'd love to hear from you.

Children in government homes often need more than classroom teaching. They need patient support, creative learning, mentoring and encouragement.

Through Project Pragati, Sahaara works with children in government homes to support their educational and personal development. This includes classes, mentoring, activity-based learning, life skills and regular engagement.

Many children come with learning gaps. Some struggle with confidence. Some need help with discipline and routine. Some simply need a safe space where they are seen, heard and encouraged.
Education in this context is not only about marks. It is about helping children rediscover that they can learn, grow and participate meaningfully.
Every class, every activity and every mentoring conversation is a small investment into their future.

Stand with us as we support children in government homes through education, mentoring and care.

For many vulnerable children, education is not simply about getting admission into school.
Some children need help catching up with learning gaps. Some need support to stay regular in school. Some need patient academic help. Some need encouragement because they have begun to believe that they cannot learn.
Children in and around red-light areas and children in government homes often need personalised and sustained educational support. One-time help may solve an immediate need, but long-term support helps build confidence, consistency and hope.
Through Project Pratham and Project Pragati, Sahaara works to support children through education, mentoring, tuition, activities and regular follow-up.
Because every child deserves not only access to education, but the support needed to continue and grow.

Follow Sahaara to learn more about how education can restore dignity, confidence and opportunity.

A small gift.
A big start.

School essentials are more than supplies.
They are confidence, readiness, and opportunity.

This back-to-school season, you can help children begin prepared.

Donate bags, uniforms, shoes, stationery, or school kits.

Together, we can make the start stronger.

A new school year begins.

And while many children step into it with excitement, not every child begins with the same support.

For vulnerable children, school is more than a classroom.

It is routine.
It is protection.
It is hope.

This season reminds us that every packed bag, every polished shoe, and every step toward school is a step toward a stronger future.

Education is often the first thing vulnerability interrupts.

Poverty, instability, and crisis can pull children away from school—and once they leave, the risks grow.

School offers more than learning.
It offers protection, routine, and opportunity.

As this new academic year begins, we are reminded that ensuring children return to school is one of the strongest ways to protect their futures.

Because every child deserves the chance to continue.

The most important classroom doesn't have desks, uniforms, or walls.

It exists in kitchens where conversations happen, in courtyards where children explore freely, and on living room floors where curiosity first takes shape.

Long before a child enters school, they begin learning from the people around them. Every story shared, every object sorted, every moment of play becomes a lesson in confidence, independence, and discovery.

At Sahaara, we work alongside mothers, equipping them with practical tools and knowledge to support their children's early development through Montessori-inspired learning and meaningful engagement.

Because when mothers are empowered, children don't just become school-ready—they become life-ready.

At 46, Shabna learned something many take for granted, the ability to read and write.

For years, she depended on others to navigate everyday life. Through Sahaara's Adult Literacy Programme, she gained more than literacy; she gained confidence, independence, and the ability to make informed decisions for herself.

Today, she works, supports herself, and continues to build a life of dignity and self-respect.

Because it's never too late to learn, and never too late to reclaim your future.
