Rotary Club Of Navi Mumbai-Palm Beach is
is proud to announce the successful completion of two courses at it’s vocational training centre situated at Matru Milan Vilas Kendra, Sector 42 A, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.

Courses Completed:
1. Basic Computer Course (2 months): 10 students mastered Paint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet browsing.
2. Image Designing Course (1 month): 2 students specialized in Paint and Word.

Key Skills Developed:
1. Creating cover pages
2. Designing basic images
3. Constructing tables
4. Performing basic calculations
5. Typing skills in English

06h April 2025, Rotary Club Of Navi Mumbai-Palm Beach had a successful opening ceremony for their community service project at the NRI (Coastal) Police Station.

The event marked the completion of the painting of the police station and water filter installation, which was well-received by the police station officials.

- The ceremony was attended by club members and police station officials, presided over by DGE Harsh Makol Ji.
- The police station officials praised the club's efforts and dedication to the project.

On 01st February 2025, Rotary Club Of Navi Mumbai-with the Interact Club at CCP Goenka International School - Ulweto carry out am unique project - , led by Ms. Subraja Chandrasekaran, a talented artist from Envecon Foundation.

Witnessing the students share, help each other, and complete their artwork within the given time was truly heartwarming. Their excellent teamwork and camaraderie were on full display.

Lohri Celebrations Galore!

Rotary Club Of Navi Mumbai-Palm Beach alongnwith other Rotary Clubs of Navi Mumbai hosted a vibrant Lohri festival on January 18th at Nerul Gymkhana Grounds.

The event was graced by District Governor Dinesh Mehta and First Lady Jyoti Ma'am, along with other distinguished guests from the district.

The lighting of the Lohri bonfire, energetic Bhangra dance, rhythmic beats of the Dhol, and savory Punjabi delicacies left everyone enchanted.

This celebration was a wonderful experience of Punjab's rich culture and diversity. It was an unforgettable day that will be cherished for a long time

Empowering the Next Generation

Rotary Club Of Navi Mumbai-Palm Beach proudly participated in the 'Bharat ka Samvidhaan' speaker session, organized by Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai Hillside, in collaboration with other Navi Mumbai clubs.

Renowned speaker Rtn. Dr. Lucky Kasat delivered an enlightening talk on the Indian Constitution to students of Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Technology, Navi Mumbai.

The session was eye-opening, informative, and engaging, leaving a lasting impact on both the students and attendees. Dr. Kasat's fascinating insights into the Constitution mesmerized the audience.

Kudos to the organizing team for inspiring the next generation to become responsible citizens!

End Thalassemia: A Call to Action

Thalassemia, a genetic blood disorder, affects millions of people worldwide, with India being one of the countries with a high prevalence.
The disease causes severe anemia, bone deformities, and other complications, significantly impacting the quality of life of those affected.

All Rotary Clubs of Navi Mumbai have taken a pledge to dedicate themselves in the best possible manner with a dedicated Thalassemia centre at D Y Patil Hostipal, Nerul.

Rotary Club Of Navi Mumbai-Palm Beach and Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai Central conducted a Thalassemia Awareness session which was well delivered by Dr. Bhageshree Seth Pediatrics), Incharge of the Thalassemia Day Care Center at MGM Hospital, Kamothe.

We were also honored to have ETN crusader from our district, Rtn. Jitendra Jadhwani (Rtn. Jitendra Jadhwani) joining us and showcasing the work carried out by Navi Mumbai Clubs.

Members of Rotary Club Of Navi Mumbai-Palm Beach along with Smt. Rohinee Bacchav from Joinmay Electronis Pvt Ltd VIVO visited Shri Sai Sathya Sanjeevni Hospital, Kharghar for the 19 Paediatric Heart Surgeries sponsored via CSR grant received from JoinMay Mumbai Electronic PVt Ltd (VIVO).

The interaction with the hospital staff and the patient’s parents was overwhelming.

The thankless ans ever grateful work carried out by Shri Satya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital towards humanity is a true Service Above Self by the organisation and their staff !!

We are thankful to VIVO for such a commendable gesture in providing CSR support for paediatric heart surgeries !!

A special thanks to DGE Harsh Makol for his unwavering support and dedication !!

Rotary Club Of Navi Mumbai-Palm Beach had a successful OCV (Official Club Visit) of our District Governor Dinesh Mehta on 19th October 2024 !

Kudos to Club President Naseema Akhtari to lead it from front and the members to have contributed towards its success.

Our partner in service , our interact club CP Goenka International School - Ulwe also interacted with the DG and District Officials.

A good learning taken from DG and District Officials in making the club more successful and vibrant while the current progress being one of its best in the last few years !!!
