08 June 2025: Back-to-back compassion! Fresh food grains distributed in Shramik Nagar, ensuring continuous relief for vulnerable families.

Just 24 hours after the Koperkhairane drive, volunteers pivoted to Shramik Nagar on 08 June 2025, delivering 2.2 metric tons of essential grains to monsoon-affected households. The repeat intervention—now evolving into a reliable support system—saw 17-year-old Rohan M. organising neighbourhood teens into a "human chain" to speed up distribution. "We copied the system we saw yesterday at the other slum," he grinned, while helping an arthritic grandmother load her rations onto a borrowed bicycle. The twin June drives collectively reached 400+ families, with volunteers noting improved nutritional markers in regular beneficiaries.

07 June 2025: Repeat act of kindness! Another round of food grains distributed to Koperkhairane slum families, sustaining hope through consistent support.

Building on April's successful drive, volunteers returned to Koperkhairane slums on 07 June 2025 with fresh stocks of rice, wheat, and lentils. This follow-up initiative—now becoming a monthly lifeline for 150+ families—saw familiar faces light up with recognition. "We prayed you'd come back before the monsoon," admitted daily wage worker Sunita P., her saree pallu already forming a makeshift grain carrier. The systematic distribution, improved by lessons from last time, ensured special attention to elderly-only households.

Yesterday, the 4th Birthday of Master Aarav was joyfully celebrated amongst the slum children of Koparkhairane, creating a memorable event filled with love and laughter. Around 150 children gathered to witness the celebration, which brought immense excitement and happiness to their day.

Stationery Packet

The highlight of the event was the cake-cutting ceremony of Master Aarav, which the children enthusiastically cheered and celebrated. This celebration was a rare and delightful experience for them, filled with moments of joy and enjoyment.
