Neurodiversity Rehabilitation Center (NRC) proudly hosted a specialized professional development workshop on “Advanced Clinical Reasoning and Best Practices for Multidisciplinary Autism Intervention Teams.”
The session was led by Ms. Alliya Batool Haidery, CEO of Pakistan Centre for Autism (PCA), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-USA), International Behavior Analyst (IBA), MSc Physiotherapist, and MA Special Education professional with nearly 20 years of experience in autism, rehabilitation, inclusion, and multidisciplinary intervention.
Through engaging discussions, case-based learning, and evidence-based approaches, our Behavior Therapy (BT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), and Psychology teams strengthened their understanding of advanced clinical reasoning, behavior management strategies, interdisciplinary collaboration, goal setting, and effective intervention planning to enhance therapy outcomes.
This initiative reflects NRC’s unwavering commitment to professional growth, clinical excellence, and the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services for individuals with autism and developmental differences.
