महाराष्ट्राच्या कृषी आणि औद्योगिक प्रगतीला नवी दिशा देणारा एक महत्त्वाकांक्षी टप्पा आता रायगडमध्ये प्रत्यक्षात येत आहे. दिल्ली-मुंबई इंडस्ट्रियल कॉरिडॉर (DMIC) अंतर्गत येणाऱ्या 'दिघी इंडस्ट्रियल सिटी' (Dighi Port Industrial Area - DPIA) च्या विकासाला 'मुंबई-गोवा महामार्गा'मुळे (NH-66) आता प्रचंड गती मिळणार आहे. हा प्रकल्प कोकणच्या आर्थिक स्वावलंबनाचा नवा कणा ठरणार आहे.

📈 लॉजिस्टिक सुपरपॉवर: हायवे आणि रेल्वेची जोड
रोहा आणि माणगाव तालुक्यांच्या सीमाभागात तब्बल २,४५० हेक्टर (पार्सल-बी) क्षेत्रात साकारत असलेल्या या प्रकल्पाचे भौगोलिक स्थान अत्यंत मोक्याचे आहे. हा संपूर्ण पट्टा आता थेट मुंबई-गोवा महामार्गाशी जोडला जात असल्याने:

* दळणवळण सोपे: कच्चा माल आणि तयार उत्पादनांची वाहतूक जलद गतीने होईल.

* मल्टी-मोडल कनेक्टिव्हिटी: हा भाग थेट इंदापूर, कोलाड आणि माणगाव रेल्वे स्टेशनच्या जवळ असल्याने रेल्वे आणि रस्ते वाहतुकीचा उत्तम ताळमेळ बसेल.

आज कॉर्पोरेट जगतात ज्याला आपण 'इकोसिस्टम' (Ecosystem) किंवा 'सप्लाय चेन' (Supply Chain) म्हणतो, ती व्यवस्था महाराष्ट्राने शतकांपूर्वी 'बारा बलुतेदार' या पारंपरिक ग्रामव्यवस्थेच्या माध्यमातून अत्यंत यशस्वीपणे राबवून दाखवली होती. ही केवळ एक समाजव्यवस्था नव्हती, तर ती भारतीय उपखंडातील सर्वाधिक स्वयंपूर्ण आणि शाश्वत (Sustainable) ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्थेचा कणा होती.

🤝 बलुतेदारी: आधुनिक 'कम्युनिटी बिझनेस'चे प्राचीन मॉडेल
ही संपूर्ण प्रणाली 'वस्तुविनिमय' (Barter System) पद्धतीवर आधारित होती. यात कोणत्याही रोख पैशांशिवाय, केवळ सेवा आणि उत्पादनांची देवाणघेवाण करून गाव स्वावलंबी राहायचे. प्रत्येक व्यावसायिक वर्षाभरात गावाला आपली सेवा देई आणि मोबदल्यात पीक कापणीच्या वेळी त्याला धान्याचा ठराविक हिस्सा (बलुते) दिला जाई.

🛠️ १२ प्रमुख कारागीर आणि त्यांचे आर्थिक योगदान
या व्यवस्थेतील प्रत्येक घटकाला विशिष्ट व्यावसायिक जबाबदारी देण्यात आली होती, ज्यामुळे गावच्या दैनंदिन गरजा गावातच पूर्ण होत:

* सुतार व लोहार: कृषी क्षेत्राचे तांत्रिक आधारस्तंभ. शेतीची लाकडी व लोखंडी अवजारे, नांगर आणि घरबांधणीची जबाबदारी.

* कुंभार व चांभार: उत्पादन क्षेत्र (Manufacturing). मातीची भांडी, माठ, दिवे आणि चर्मोद्योगातून चपला व जोडे बनवणे.

* न्हावी व परीट (धोबी): आवश्यक सेवा क्षेत्र (Essential Services). केस-दाढी करणे आणि कपडे धुण्याची सेवा.

* मांग: लॉजिस्टिक व साहाय्यक उत्पादन. शेती व दैनंदिन वापरासाठी दोऱ्या व इतर वस्तू विणणे.

* गुरव, सोनार व जोशी/भट: सांस्कृतिक, धार्मिक आणि मूल्यवान वस्तूंचे व्यवस्थापन. मंदिराची व्यवस्था, दागिने घडवणे आणि धार्मिक विधी पार पाडणे.

* महार: गावचे प्रशासन आणि सुरक्षा. गावातील अधिकृत निरोप पोहोचवणे आणि वेशीचे रक्षण करणे.

* कोळी/गवळी: अन्न पुरवठा साखळी (Food Supply Chain). मासेमारी, दुग्धव्यवसाय आणि शेती सांभाळणे.

नाफा (NAFA) दृष्टिकोन:
आजच्या जागतिकीकरणाच्या युगात जेव्हा आपण 'लोकल फॉर व्होकल' (Vocal for Local) किंवा 'ग्रामीण स्टार्टअप्स' बद्दल बोलतो, तेव्हा 'बारा बलुतेदार' ही व्यवस्था आपल्याला शिकवते की, स्थानिक संसाधने आणि कौशल्यांचा आदर करून आपण आजही एक स्वयंपूर्ण आणि फायदेशीर ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था उभी करू शकतो.

नोकरीच्या मागे धावण्यापेक्षा 'उद्योजक' बना: देवगडच्या तरुणाईला नवं आवाहन

देवगडमध्ये अणुऊर्जा प्रकल्पाविरोधात होणारी आंदोलनं आणि तरुणांमधील अस्वस्थता सध्या एका मोठ्या समस्येकडे बोट दाखवतेय, ती म्हणजे—रोजगाराची चणचण. सध्या हाताला काम नाही, मुंबईत राहणं परवडत नाही आणि तिथंही नोकऱ्यांची प्रचंड टंचाई आहे. अशा वेळी 'नोकरी कधी मिळणार?' या चिंतेत बसून राहण्यापेक्षा, आता देवगडच्या तरुणांनी आपली विचारसरणी बदलून 'उद्योजक' (Entrepreneur) बनण्याची गरज आहे.

नोकरी करणं चांगलंच आहे, पण जेव्हा नोकऱ्या कमी असतात, तेव्हा स्वतःचा व्यवसाय सुरू करणं हाच सर्वात मोठा आधार ठरतो. याचं उत्तम उदाहरण म्हणजे आपण तरुणांसाठी सुरू केलेला 'आगर वेलास औषधी वनस्पती समूह शेती उपजीविका प्रकल्प'.

मुंबईसारख्या महागड्या शहरात जाऊन संघर्ष करण्यापेक्षा, आपल्या कोकणच्या मातीत दडलेली संपत्ती शोधायला हवी. औषधी वनस्पतींची लागवड, प्रक्रिया आणि समूह शेती (Collective Farming) याद्वारे आपण स्थानिक पातळीवरच स्वावलंबी बनू शकतो.

थोडक्यात काय तर... नोकरी मागण्यापेक्षा नोकरी देणारे बना. देवगडच्या तरुणांमध्ये प्रचंड ताकद आहे. योग्य दिशा आणि 'उद्योजक' बनण्याची मानसिकता ठेवली, तर आपण आपल्या हक्काचा रोजगार गावातच निर्माण करू शकतो!
