The Objectives of Nair Service Society, Kamothe are to:
1) Provide a non-political forum to bring together people of Hindu Nair community and strengthen the common bonds of culture, tradition and way of life
2) Conduct classes / courses and discourses on Yoga, Bhagavat Gita, Vedas, Puranas and other Hindu religious subjects for the spiritual enlightenment of the members of NSS & General Public

Create and promote women and youth activities to develop and promote their well-being and leadership qualities, through sub-groups of Mahila Samajam (Women’s Forum), Bala Samajam (Children’s Forum) and Yuva Samajam (Youths’ Forum).
4) Ensure the well being of the senior members (of age 60+) through Vayojana Samajam (Senior Citizens’ Forum), with emphasis on medical counselling where needed
5) Render matrimonial services through Vivaha Vedi (Matrimonial Forum) for finding proper bride-groom matches and help in performing marriage ceremonies
6) Provide all necessary help for performing last rites in the unfortunate case of the death of a member
7) Recognize the merits of students of the member families in studies, arts and sports by giving scholarship and awards of various scales.
8) Provide intellectual and economic assistance, upon availability of resources, to needy Nair members at Kamothe
9) Conduct picnic, study tours , pilgrimage etc for the members of the NSS
10) Host or take part in the meetings, seminars, get together of various associations of Nair communities from various parts of Maharashtra & rest of India.
11) Promote friendly relations and spirit of co-operation amongst all other associations in Kamothe, Raigad, Navi Mumbai, Thane & Mumbai
12) Provide the members and their families an environment to establish network among the Nair families and Collect, create, and maintain a directory of all Nair families and their roots in Kerala
13) Identify, extol, and publish the procedures of Nair religious practices from birth to death.
14) Establish and promote educational and other service oriented institutions to help Nair members (in particular).
15) Conduct medical camps, blood donation, charity activities etc for members & general public
16) Build an NSS Complex, housing the Society office, library, indoor sports, marriage / conference hall and Senior Citizens’ Welfare Centre
17) Organize activities and raise finances for the successful implementation of the objectives
18) Be part of and support to further the activities of any National Organization which provides a public forum to bring together all Nair families in Maharashtra
19) Do any other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
