Pure milk, ghee, curd, cow dung, Gau-mutra are produced here and delivered for the betterment of man. "गावो विश्वस्य मातरः" ~

भारत देश में लोगों को मंदिर, तीर्थ, सत्संग आदि में भगवान् के लिये भागते देखा जाता है।
किन्तु स्वयं भगवान् अवतार धारण कर जब नररूप में इस धराधाम पर आते हैं तो वे गौ माता के पीछे-पीछे भागते हैं।

"भुक्त्वा तृणानि शुष्कानि पीत्वा तोयं जलाशयात् ।
दुग्धं ददति लोकेभ्यो गावो विश्वस्य मातरः॥"

गाय सम्पूर्ण विश्व की माता है।

जिस प्रकार माता पिता की प्रदक्षिणा करने से ही गणेश जी को सम्पूर्ण लोकों की प्रदक्षिणा का फल प्राप्त हुआ था, ठीक उसी प्रकार गाय के प्रदक्षिणा मात्र से सातों द्वीपों की प्रदक्षिणा का फल प्राप्त होता है।

महाभारत के अनुशासन पर्वमें आया है ~

"गवां दृष्ट्वा नमस्कृत्य कुर्याच्चैव प्रदक्षिणम्।
प्रदक्षिणीकृता तेन सप्तद्वीपा वसुन्धरा।।
मातर: सर्वभूतानां गाव: सर्वसुखप्रदा:।
वृद्धिमाकाङ्क्षता पुंसा नित्यं कार्या प्रदक्षिणा।।"
