Just as a baby is unable to take care of itself and has to be given in charge of the ‘Trusted Hands’; similarly most of the Youth of small cities, towns, and specially villages have an appalling degree of ignorance towards the schemes, opportunities, jobs, etc. publicized by both government and non-government agencies regularly. They have no information (or at the most have misinformation) about the formalities to be completed before, during, and after applying for a job. Different jobs have different requirements and even though the online filling of forms has facilitated those who know the use of technology; it has in fact made matters worse for the ‘technologically illiterate’! Most of these young talents do not apply thanks to the complexities of the procedural formalities and those who are brave enough to apply have, to the most extent, to rely on the whims and fancies of semi-educated computer operators who have nothing to do with this serious issue except to extort money from these innocent victims. The worst is when the forms are not filled as per the due requirements and the eligible candidate turns ineligible! The Crescent Foundation wants to put a full stop to this needless waste of time, energy, and talent. We sincerely believe that a mind is a terrible thing to waste! We want to technologically babysit these young talents by taking them into the ‘Trusted Hands’ of our Project CJC and we would assist them during all the steps of their career building. We are willing to do the FREE OF COST for these young talents.
