**Subject:** Request for Action Against Private Schools in Bhadradri District for Selling Books and School Uniforms at Exorbitant Prices in Violation of Government Orders as per the Right to Education Act, 2009
Respected District Collector and District Education Officers,
It has come to our attention that private schools in Bhadradri district are disregarding government orders and selling books and school uniforms at excessively high prices. This is a blatant violation of the Right to Education Act, 2009. We request that strict action be taken against these private school managements.
Students are the backbone of our country, and the education system is the foundation. Parents, who prioritize their children's future over their own lives and go through numerous struggles, are enrolling their children in private schools. However, these private educational institutions are focusing solely on making money and growing into corporate entities rather than providing quality education to students.
For example, in Rudrampur's St. Joseph High School, items such as books and uniforms are being sold at high prices without receipts or GST, deceiving both the government and parents. Schools, which are supposed to teach honesty, are instead teaching students how to deceive, which is a grave concern.
Parents want to see their children in positions like IAS, IPS, and IRS, but these private schools are merely teaching students how to read and write to pass the 10th grade, failing to deliver proper education. This pushes students, parents, and the future of the country into darkness.
