Every Monday, the Aarohi team begins the day with a collective cleanliness drive, where we work together to clean our office campus and the surrounding areas. This activity is not only about maintaining cleanliness, but also about strengthening teamwork, responsibility, and sensitivity towards our environment.
After the cleanliness drive, our weekly meeting begins with a prayer. Each week, different prayers are shared by the Aarohi team, creating a sense of positivity, focus, and togetherness.
These small yet meaningful practices help build discipline, cooperation, mutual respect, and a positive work culture within the team, further strengthening Aarohi’s community values.

Hospital kitni door hai?”
(How far is the nearest hospital?)
In the hills of Kumaon, this question carries weight. It shapes when people seek care — or whether they can at all.
Since 2014, Aarohi’s Mobile Medical Unit has been travelling across Nainital, Almora, and Champawat — reaching over 70,000 people across 130 villages, and conducting more than 1,100 camps so far.
Inside a single moving clinic: a doctor, diagnostics, medicines — even ultrasound services. Nearly 2,000 screenings each year, bringing essential maternal care closer to home.
For many, this means fewer long journeys, timely treatment, and one less barrier between need and care.

Aarohi celebrated World Health Day on 7th April at Government Inter College, Ratir Keti, Kapkot (Bageshwar) with great enthusiasm and a strong commitment to community well-being. Aligned with the 2026 theme “Together for Health: Stand with Science,” a free blood testing camp was organized, and children’s height and weight were measured to assess their BMI. This initiative helped in understanding their nutritional status and highlighted the importance of scientific approaches in building healthier lives.

The celebration also featured a health-themed poster-making competition, where students expressed their ideas with creativity and awareness. Aarohi’s team demonstrated proper handwashing techniques, reinforcing the role of simple, science-based practices in disease prevention. Through these impactful activities, Aarohi continues to empower remote communities with knowledge, care, and the belief that informed action and collective effort can lead to a healthier, stronger future for all.
