01.05.2026 ~ LUIT 2026

A morning of new beginnings and heartfelt remembrance. 🌅

The inauguration of LUIT 2026 at the RACAF ground saw the ASAN family come together in full strength. From the flag hoisting by our esteemed Chief Patron and President to the shared resolve of every member present, the energy was palpable.

However, our hearts were heavy as we paid tribute to Lt. Ankur Bikash Bora, from the batch of 2019. We remember him not just for his contributions to ASAN, but for the vibrant spirit he brought to our community. This edition of LUIT is dedicated to the bonds that transcend even the most tragic departures.

Rising together. Remembering always.

The voice that defined a generation has fallen silent, but the echoes will remain forever. 💔

Zubeen Da was more than just a singer; he was the soul of our soil, the rhythm of our Bihu, and the heartbeat of every Assamese soul. From soulful melodies that healed us to high-energy anthems that united us, his legacy is etched into the very fabric of our culture.

As we celebrate the 38th Edition of LUIT, we do so with heavy hearts. The stage feels empty, and the air feels still without your magic. Thank you for the music, the memories, and for teaching us how to love our roots fiercely.

Rest in power, Legend. You live on in every note we sing. 🕊️✨
