ief in the ability of rural women in being able to manage their lives and promote their well being socially and economically. Today AASA is widely recognised at the household level in several pockets of rural Arunachal Pradesh. As the organisation was never keen on widespread publicity its recognition in the officialdom is indeed limited as compared to the recognition and appreciation that it enjoys at the cutting edge level, i.e. Of late AASA has actively supported women groups to take up organic farming and in order to upscale their efforts towards increasing their economic well being, it has supported production and marketing of NATUROMA range of 100% ORGANIC PRODUCTS. Amongst NATUROMA products, NATUROMA-TURMERIC has gained a decent market share in the local markets here at Itanagar in Arunachal Pradesh.
