🚦 Learning Beyond the Classroom. Creating Change in the Community. ❤️♿
At Atmadeepam Society Nagpur, we believe that true education is not just about gaining knowledge it's about applying that knowledge to build a more inclusive society.
As part of the Foundation Course in Computers & Employability, our visually impaired candidates successfully carried out a Community Project by conducting a Traffic Awareness Program at Variety Square, Nagpur, on 27th June 2026.
The objective of the campaign was to educate the public on the correct and respectful way to guide a person with visual impairment while on the road.
🤝 Don't pull. Don't push. Just offer your elbow.
Through live demonstrations and meaningful interactions with commuters, our candidates showed how a simple act of awareness can enhance safety, preserve dignity, and promote independent mobility for persons with visual impairment.
This initiative not only strengthened our candidates' confidence, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills but also inspired members of the community to become active partners in creating a more accessible and inclusive society.
A heartfelt thank you to Anushka Tripathi- Batukbhai Jewellers, Shankar Nagar, Traffic Police Buldi, Police Station Sitabuldi and Mr. Parag Phating for their valuable support in making this awareness programme a success.
Together, let's build safer roads, kinder communities, and a future where inclusion is a way of life.

🐦 Learning Beyond the Classroom. Caring for Nature, Creating Impact. 🌿💚
At Atmadeepam Society Nagpur, we believe that education is not just about acquiring knowledge it's about creating positive change.
As part of the Foundation Course in Computers & Employability, our visually impaired candidates successfully completed a Community Project by installing bird shelters at the premises of Telankhedi Temple, Nagpur, on 29th June 2026.
With increasing urbanization and rising temperatures, birds need safe spaces now more than ever. Through this initiative, our candidates took a meaningful step towards protecting urban wildlife, promoting environmental responsibility, and encouraging compassion for nature.
This initiative was supported by Aditya Sir from House of Desire, whose valuable contribution helped make the project a success.
🕊️ Every bird shelter installed is a small act of kindness that creates a safer home for the birds that share our environment.
