Grateful to be part of the C4IR convening in Mumbai with the Global Shapers Community.

The Nagpur Hub was represented alongside fellow hubs for a day of dialogue, collaboration, and exchange.

The Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR), an initiative of the World Economic Forum (WEF), brings together stakeholders across sectors to shape the responsible and inclusive adoption of emerging technologies.

Breakout discussions focused on key themes including:
– AI for All: Youth Leading Responsible AI Diffusion
– Reimagining Agriculture: Youth Driving Sustainable & Tech-Enabled Farming
– Role of Youth in Advancing Systems Leadership

It was an honour to hear from and interact with J. Satyanarayana Sir, former Chairman of UIDAI and former Secretary, MeitY, whose insights on governance and digital public infrastructure added valuable perspective to the convening.

We also had the opportunity to interact with Purushottam Kaushik Sir, Head of C4IR India, whose work continues to shape conversations around responsible technology and governance.

We also engaged with members of the WEF and Global Shapers ecosystem, including:
Murchana Roychoudhury, Impact Communications Specialist, Global Shapers Community (WEF),
and Nishank Shah, Community Champion (West India), Global Shapers Community.

An informal dinner ahead of the convening brought together shapers across hubs, setting the tone for interactions and networking.

A warm thank you to the Navi Mumbai Hub, Mumbai Hub, and Thane Hub for hosting and creating space for such meaningful interactions.

Appreciation to the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Global Shapers Community for enabling platforms that bring together youth, policy, and innovation.

What happens when you create a safe space? Conversations flow. Walls break. Stories find their voice. ❤️

Our Period Party in Nagpur was exactly that, a space where people showed up, opened up, and leaned into conversations we’ve been taught to shy away from.

A special thank you to everyone who chose to be there, your presence truly made this space what it was. And to the men who showed up and participated so openly, you made the conversation even more meaningful. 🤍

From laughter-filled games like Pictionary and Rapid Fire, to moments that made us pause and reflect like our tampon absorption activity ( absorb-a-thon ) and the symbolic piñata breaking (because taboos deserve to be broken, quite literally) every part of the evening had meaning.

One of the most special highlights was our session with , who brought in such warmth, clarity, and comfort while addressing menstrual health. Truly grateful to have had you with us. ✨

What stood out the most?
People sharing their own period stories — raw, honest, and unfiltered. That’s where real change begins.

A huge shoutout to our amazing Shapers the effort, energy, and hard work behind the scenes is what made this all come together so seamlessly. 🤍

And to , thank you for supporting us with the space and believing in the initiative…this wouldn’t have been possible without you. ✨

Also, a small shoutout to .nagpur for collaborating with us on a themed cake. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we couldn’t include it during the event, but we truly appreciate the effort and support 🤍

The energy that day was something special — open, honest, and full of warmth. And the way everyone showed up and engaged with it made it all the more meaningful.

This wasn’t just an event.
It was a step towards normalizing, understanding, and owning the conversation.

And we’re just getting started. 🚀
