NAREDCO Vidarbha had a productive and impactful delegation & meeting with Hon’ MLC Dr. Parinay Fhuke today morning at his home !

• Delay in NA Tax payment process under Govt. Resolution !
• Applicability of revised NA rates on previously sanctioned layouts
• Clarification on post-handover responsibility of electrical infrastructure & procedure
• Issues in obtaining Irrigation NOC & need for a streamlined process
• Suggestions for improving the handover process of layout development works to local bodies

The delegation was strongly represented by:
President Dr. Kunal Padole, Shri Rahul Bondre (Mahalaxmi Infrastructure), Shri Ajay Kesre (OZEN) Shri Ashwin Wairagade (Mauli Group), Shri Pawan Gupta, Shri Prashant Bomanwar, Shri Pravin Jain (Mauli Group) along with other prominent developers.

• आधीच मंजूर झालेल्या लेआउट्सवर सुधारित NA दरांची लागूता
• इलेक्ट्रिकल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चरच्या हस्तांतरणानंतरची जबाबदारी व प्रक्रिया याबाबत स्पष्टता
• सिंचन NOC मिळवताना येणाऱ्या अडचणी व त्यासाठी सुलभ प्रक्रियेची गरज
• लेआउट विकास कामांचे स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांकडे हस्तांतरण अधिक कार्यक्षम करण्यासाठी सूचना
