On 24th Sept/2024, a poshan awareness meeting particularly awareness on infant Young Children Feeding Practices (IYCF) & Anemia has been organised at the Namghar Prangan near Kuchar Chuk AWC of Difalu Sector. In the beginning of meeting, seedling of tree has been planted by CDPO.
In the meeting, 6 (six) themes of this year's Poshan Maah have been throughly discussed by distinguished guest.
In the meeting, a food mela, Poshan bhi Podhai bhi stalls and Anna Prakhanna have been beautifully organised by AWWs and AWHs of Difalu Sector. All the District Cordinators of all cells of DSWO, Nagaon I.e. Poshan Call, PMMVY, UNICEF, Mission Shakti, Ex ZPC member Gitanjali Borah, Social Worker Bhairab Borah, ASHA Supervisor Ms. Smrita Borah, CDPO, all Supervisors, BPC and BPA of ICDS Poshan Team, all AWWs /AWHs of Difalu Sector, local people of the area including media personal were present in the meeting. Ms. Gayetri Barthakur, Difalu Sector Supervisor, has put forth the meeting and ended the meeting with vote of thanks.
